Join us for the 15th Annual Milford Trick or Trot 5K Run/Walk to benefit The Beth-El Center in Milford. The Beth-El Center is a recognized leader in caring for and meeting the needs of the hungry and homeless, and strives to prevent and end homelessness. 14th ANNUAL DV TURKEY TROT 5K ​ About The DV Turkey Trot 5k is in support of the DV Cross Country Team and the Local Food Pantry. The event includes a 5K run/walk and unique prizes. We are asking all runners and walkers help prevent hunger this year by bringing canned food items to packet pickup.

Come for the race, stay for the parade! Saturday, November 29th, 20241-mile starts at 8:00am4-mile starts at 8:30am (must be off the course by 9:45am for the parade)Double (you can run both events!) Run/walk the 1 mile, the 4 mile, or both races with the double! The 4 mile course will wind out through downtown Milford, onto the beautiful Milford Trail and finish back on Main Street. Both the races start and finish on Main Street at the corner of Commerce road in downtown Milford as hundreds of spectators await the Annual Holiday Parade. The parade after the race will feature dozens of floats, bands, and of course, Santa Claus! We are excited to announce the 46th annual Winter Wonderland 5 Miler Sunday, January 31, 2027 at 9:30 am!!!! Details to come in Fall 2026! The proceeds and donations of this event fund scholarships given to Milford High School Seniors, donations to local charities, and allow us to host the Kid's Track Summer Series! This is a free weekly track meet for kids hosted by the Milford Road Runners. The Milford Road Runners is a 501(c)(3) organization.

Take the Leap at Walnut Beach! Join the brave, warm-hearted souls who will Leap for Literacy. Leapers from around the area are invited to run, jump or dive into the chilly waters at Walnut Beach to help raise money to support Literacy Volunteers of Southern Connecticut. Registration Fee: $20 for adults and $10 for students, includes a giveaway for each Leaper. Walk-ins are welcome, but we can't guarantee a giveaway. Five singletrack mountain bike trails and several paved pathways are fully accessible from Downtown Milford. Create your own adventure with fellow riders or join a group ride across this vast trail system.  After riding, join us on the patio of Main Street Grill for a drink then grab a bite from one of the local eateries. Tailor your ride from family-friendly paved rides, guided epic shreds, or take it all in with your own curated adventure. THIS IS NOT A RACE.
