Miles for Migraine will host its annual 2-mile Walk, 5K Run, and Relax Connecticut Event at Bushnell Park. The 5k course is chip timed, and all walk/run finishers receive a medal. This event is a fundraiser for Migraine & Headache Awareness, Treatment & Research.

Join us for CASBHC’s Race for YOUR Mental Health 5K, featuring a Kids' Fun Run and a Health Fair with local exhibitors and activities for all ages. Registration begins at 7:45 a.m., and the kids' Fun Run begins at 8:30 a.m. Following the Kids' Fun Run, the 5K run/walk will begin at 9 a.m., along with the Health Fair and all of the family-friendly activities.

Join us face to face OR virtually for the 32nd Annual JW Tiger 5K!   As a fundraiser for our Cross Country team, we have held a 5K race every year for the past 32 years!  This year, you can come RUN THIS TOWN or run YOUR town.    This gives you all the opportunity to join us as we celebrate the wonderful rush of finishing a 5K and you will be helping us raise the money we need to purchase food, snacks, drinks and equipment for our Cross Country team!   We will medal top 3 in each age group as well as special pottery for top 3 male and female runners provided by Mark Ralston, retired Art teacher.

ARC RUN 2026 Please join us for our largest fundraiser of the year to support our mission and community impact! The Arc Run 2026 includes two on-site races on September 19, 2026, as well as a virtual race spanning August 19 - September 19.  The on-site 5K and 10K races utilize our USATF-certified course beginning and ending at 200 Research Parkway, Meriden, CT. For us, our course passes through portions of Meriden and Wallingford to emphasize our deep roots and decades of service to both communities. For you, our course allows your race to be a marathon-qualifying time (stay tuned for details)!  Want to support the Arc Run but don't want to actually run? Join us for the 4th annual Run The Runway 5k and Kids Fun Run at the Meriden Markham Airport, a unique opportunity to run, jog, and walk on the runway! The 5K race route will begin on the Meriden Markham Runway and venture out into the beautiful South Meriden neighborhood, before safely landing back on the runway for what will be a fantastic finish! The 4th Annual Robert J. Lynes Memorial Road Race is a 5K run/walk race with a kids Fun Run just before. It is being held in memory of Bobby Lynes who was a lifelong resident of Meriden. In high school Bob ran on the track team at Orville H. Platt High School.
