Open to runners and walkers of all ages and abilities.  5K timed event with refreshments, music and prizes.  Prizes to overall top three winners.  The race will start promptly at 8:00 AM.  ONLINE REGISTRATION.  PRICING:  $30 adults & $15 for students.  REFUNDS - Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.  AWARDS - Awards to top 3 male and 3 female overall winners.  KIDS Color FUN RUN from 9 AM - 10 AM.  A Kids Colorful fun run will be available after. $15 dollars per person to enter the fun run.

Join us for of our annual Dash For Dogs 5K and Strutt Your Mutt Dog Walk and help out needy dogs in our community and beyond. Every day our caring staff and volunteers help dogs, and other companion animals, in so many ways- providing shelter, care, healthy food, a warm blanket, needed medical care and behavioral support and enrichment. Come walk or run the course along the beautiful Androscoggin Riverwalk path. This is one of the few events in Maine that allow you to also bring your dog (must be current on vaccinations and NO flex-lead leashes). Raise your glass—and your heart rate! The Miles for Mimosas 5K at Lindsay Creek Vineyards is the perfect blend of fitness, fun, and a little post-race fizz. Runners and walkers will enjoy a refreshing course designed for all experience levels, whether you’re chasing a personal best or simply soaking in the atmosphere. Every athlete will be treated to a race-themed shirt, a sparkling finisher medal, and a complimentary mimosa to toast your accomplishment at the finish line. In addition, we’ll be recognizing excellence across the field with awards for the Top Three Male and Female Overall finishers, as well as Master, Grand Master, and Senior Master Overalls. Also, the top three athletes in each of the traditional five-year age groups will take home awards Join us for a run that tastes as good as it feels! Cheers to the Miles for Mimosas 5K! On October 11 St. Mary’s and Bates College are teaming up for a 5K Run/Walk and Kids Obstacle Course. The event is aptly named Steps for Hope. Our collective goal is to raise funds to expand the spaces available for behavioral health hospitalization and bring awareness to the mental health crises affecting our youth and adults from our community and every corner of Maine.
