Join Laudenbach Brewing and Honor Bound FIT on Saturday, November 7, 2026, for the (Almost) Veteran's Day Beer Run!, a fun, slightly ridiculous, and entirely worthwhile event benefiting The Guidon Foundation. Whether you're a seasoned runner, a casual jogger, or someone who only runs when there's beer waiting at the finish line, this event is for you! HOW IT WORKS The concept is simple: Four laps around the brewery. Four drinks. One finish line. Participants will complete four laps around Laudenbach Brewing, drinking 8 ounces of their chosen beverage with each lap. Choose your fuel: Beer: For the traditionalists who appreciate the finer things in life. Non-Alcoholic Beer: All the flavor, none of the alcohol. Water: Because hydration is tactical, too. Run it competitively, jog it recreationally, or just come out to cheer on your favorite participant. You don't have to drink alcohol to participate, and you certainly don't have to be a veteran! Join us for our 34th Year! The YMCA Turkey Trot is a Thanksgiving Day tradition that attracts runners of all ages and abilities to Fredericksburg, VA each year. Run or walk the 5K course through scenic downtown Fredericksburg! Kids can get in on the fun by joining a parent in the 5K or running the 1-mile race. All finishers will receive a medal! There's also a 1/4 Mile Tot Trot held on Wednesday, November 25th at 4pm on the JMHS track. Your littlest trotters (ages 5 and under) can race the day before the main Turkey Trot!  Proceeds raised support Rappahannock Area YMCA programs that empower youth, improve community health, and ensure affordable access for all.

Join us on December 19th along the Pratt Park and St. Clair Brooks Park trail paths (paved) for a fun and festive morning! We want to flood the day with running Santas, walking Santas, Santa Paws, and little Santas! This is a non-competitive, non-timed event, meant to bring a little fun to the holiday season! Be sure to grab your friends and join us for our annual Luckenbach Texas 5k - All Terrain Run on the hallowed Luckenbach grounds then hang around to make some new ones as you listen to some of the best Texas style country music in the world. This event will feature plenty of trails, a couple of streams, lots of high fives and most likely a cold Lone Star beer or two after. The purpose of the Fathers and Families race event is to promote the vital role fathers play as a stabilizing presence in the home and community. Hosted by A Father’s Legacy, Inc., the Second Annual Fathers and Families Fun Walk/Run raises awareness and support for programs that empower both young and mature fathers to build strong families and thriving communities. The race will be held at the beautiful Pratt Park 120 River Rd, Fredericksburg. Welcome back runners to the annual Fallen Heroes 5 Miler. Come out and run the through the amazing streets of downtown Fredericksburg. The starting location will be held at James Monroe High School. The race is sponsored by the Fredericksburg Fallen Heroes, a local non-profit organization that provides support to the veterans and first responders in need of assistance in the local community.  This is the 7th race in the Coldwell Banker Elite Grand Prix series in conjunction with the Fredericksburg Area Running Club.
