Tuesday Night Track

A local group of fun, energetic runners of all abilities who come together on Tuesday nights to do speed interval workouts together. The group was created by Jane Welzel, an amazing runner and friend who we honor by carrying forth her message of love, peace and run happiness.In addition to Tues speed work, the group helps produce the NOCO All-Comers Track Meets and the Bacon Strip Race. Segment Showdown

Thanks for your interest in taking part in the 2026 FCRC Segment Showdown (SS). This is a free program put on by the FCRC. The SS is open to both FCRC and non-FCRC members. We will give you segments to run and you will be entered in the drawing for prizes.  To be eligible for prizes,  you must be a member of the FCRC. Please join if you are not already a member. This program will run from January-March. It will include two runs per month. You will run each month’s segments before the end of the day on the last day of the month! Please register for the program and then join the FCRC Segment Showdown Group. Also remember, all your runs must be made public on Strava. RunningU/Horsetooth Half Marathon Training

Join the Fort Collins Running Club (FCRC) for the 2026 Horsetooth Half Marathon Training Program presented by Bachus & Schanker. Training kicks off Sunday, January 4 with a 3-5 mile group run from New Belgium Brewing. The training program and weekly group runs are open to all. You don't need to be a member of the FCRC to participate, however it is highly recommeded that you join the club for the benefits you will receive, such as $20 off the Horsetooth Half, free entry into the Bacon Strip race (otherwise $30) and many others. Please register for the program to help us plan all activities. This is the 7th and final T&H of the 2025-2026 season. It will take place on Sunday, March 29th at Cottonwood Glen Park, with waves starting at 8:00am.  The race is for FCRC members only. CRMAC Uplift Her - 5K Run/Walk

Did you know that in the US 1 in 5 girls miss school because she does not have access to the products she needs when she has her period? Colorado Center on Law and Policy stated in their 2018 Self Sufficiency Standard for Colorado report, “Almost two out of three single mothers lack income adequate to meet their basic needs.”  A new survey done by Justice Necessary, a non-profit out of Colorado Springs revealed that of 1,256 Colorado women 18-40 years old, 57% of these women struggle with affording period products. Yes, you read that right, 57%. Join the women of Colorado Rocky Mountain Chapter, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and the Fort Collins Running Club for a family-friendly 5K that brings movement, mental health advocacy, and community impact together in one meaningful morning. Healthy Kids Running Series Spring 2026 - Fort Collins, CO

Who We Are: Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age-appropriate running events including the 50 & 75 yard dashes, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile and the 1 mile run. Kids will earn points for each race they complete based on their finish. Pricing: The registration fee covers the entire five (5) weeks of the Series which includes race bibs for each week, a runner shirt, a finisher medal and any sponsor giveaways. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Online Early Bird registration increases three weeks prior to the first race event.  Challenger: This Series offers a Challenger Division which is an adaptive 75 yard race for children with disabilities and/or special needs. On the way you'll tackle the challenging hills of Centennial Drive along the shorelines of the shimmering Horsetooth Reservoir, before you head for the famed New Belgium Finish Line Party on the downhill Poudre River recreation trail. 2026 Flying Pig 5K

JOIN US FOR THE 17TH ANNUAL FLYING PIG 5K The Flying Pig 5K is a fundraiser that will benefit children’s programs at Foothills Gateway, including the Family Support Services Program (FSSP).  Join us at Spring Canyon Park on Sunday, April 26 to run, walk, or roll this fun course. Age group prizes will be awarded after the race. Bring the whole family! Kids are invited to join a special Piglet Race with games and prizes!  Race start time is set for 9:00 a.m. Please use the S. Overland Trail entrance for parking and accessing registration. Our starting line will be the same as last year. Both start and finish will be near the covered pavilion on the north side of the park where our sponsors will be located.  Bringing a friend? We will be taking walk-up registrations on race day from 7:30 - 8:45 a.m. The cost for walk-up registration is $40 and race giveaway will only be available while supplies last. The Colorado Marathon

02/26/26 Full Marathon Update: We have less than 20 Charity Fund entries for the full marathon and will probably sell out within a couple of weeks. These entries are the only way to register for the full marathon at this time. Once the Charity Fund entries are sold out, there will be no additional registration for the full marathon. 02/27/26 Half Marathon Update: The half marathon has sold out of standard entries! We have less than 50 standard entries left. Charity Fund entries are $340 for the half marathon and are the only way to register for the half marathon now. We reserve a limited number of Charity Fund entries where all proceeds go to the charities and non-profits that partner with the race. Wild West Relay

The Wild West Relay covers 200 scenic miles, with 36 legs, beginning in the foothills of beautiful Fort Collins before sending runners deep into the heart of the Rocky Mountains, over two mountain passes and finishing in Steamboat Springs, CO.  This life changing relay road race is a team-oriented adventure with experiences and views you'll never forget. Each team consists of either twelve runners and two vehicles (the vast majority of the teams) or six runners and one vehicle (Ultra teams), or any other amount of runners including a solo unsanctioned race. Eltuck Valley 5K - Lory Summer Trail Series

Join us August 5, 12, 19 & 26 for a fun series of shorter midweek trail races. Our goal is to offer a fun, low-key series of races designed to give newer trail runners an opportunity to dip their toes into the trail racing waters, and to offer more experienced trail racers a chance to sharpen their speed on shorter, quicker courses. All races will start at 6:00pm, ranging in distance from 5k to 12k. Results will be tabulated according to chip times, with series points awarded for each race. Top series finishers will earn unique awards. We'll have a wide selection of vintage Gnar race shirts, and all registrants are welcome to their pick to call their own. The Long View Marathon

Join us on a journey from Fort Collins to Loveland. The marathon begins at Edora Park in Fort Collins and ends at Fairgrounds Park in Loveland. The half-marathon starts at Fossil Creek Park and also ends at Fairgrounds Park in Loveland. Along the way, whether in the half or the full, enjoy stunning mountain views as you piece together sections of the newly completed Long View and Front Range bike paths.     On a side note, when shirts are sold out, please come to the finish line merch after your race. Blue Sky Trail Marathon & Half Marathon

Welcome to the Blue Sky Trail Marathon & Half, Fort Collins's original and only trail marathon. Taking place on the trails between Horsetooth Mountain Park and the Devil's Backbone Open Space, the course takes you on a north-south tour of the easternmost hogbacks of Northern Colorado's mighty Front Range. The marathon boasts 3,500 feet of elevation gain/loss, while the half marathon checks in at 1,800 feet, and the route offers a little bit of something for everyone.
