Fort Collins Thanksgiving Day Run presented by Raymond James The Fort Collins Thanksgiving Day Run is Northern Colorado's Largest 4 Mile Event for runners, walkers and kids! Bring your family, friends and out of town guests and experience the community spirit of Fort Collins! The four-mile run/walk and kids’ fun run are staged in downtown Fort Collins, with the kids’ race starting off the festivities at approximately 8:45 a.m., followed immediately by the main event at approximately 9:00 a.m. Race start times may be delayed due to train schedule. Strollers & Dogs on a leash are welcome, you must start in the strollers/ dog start section. FOR SAFETY AND INSURANCE LIABILITY PURPOSES, ALL RUNNERS & WALKERS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE EVENT. Welcome to the 53rd running of the Horsetooth Half Marathon, Presented by Fort Collins Connexion. Your race will take you on a scenic point-to-point journey from the location of Hughes Stadium, the former home of the CSU Rams, to the finish line party at New Belgium Brewery. On the way you'll tackle the challenging hills of Centennial Drive along the shorelines of the shimmering Horsetooth Reservoir, before you head for the famed New Belgium Finish Line Party on the downhill Poudre River recreation trail. Whether an elite runner or a first time half marathoner, the Horsetooth Half Marathon offers a challenging yet surprisingly fast course, with a net loss in elevation.

02/26/26 Full Marathon Update: We have less than 20 Charity Fund entries for the full marathon and will probably sell out within a couple of weeks. These entries are the only way to register for the full marathon at this time. Once the Charity Fund entries are sold out, there will be no additional registration for the full marathon. 02/27/26 Half Marathon Update: The half marathon has sold out of standard entries! We have less than 50 standard entries left. Charity Fund entries are $340 for the half marathon and are the only way to register for the half marathon now. We reserve a limited number of Charity Fund entries where all proceeds go to the charities and non-profits that partner with the race. The Wild West Relay covers 200 scenic miles, with 36 legs, beginning in the foothills of beautiful Fort Collins before sending runners deep into the heart of the Rocky Mountains, over two mountain passes and finishing in Steamboat Springs, CO.  This life changing relay road race is a team-oriented adventure with experiences and views you'll never forget. Each team consists of either twelve runners and two vehicles (the vast majority of the teams) or six runners and one vehicle (Ultra teams), or any other amount of runners including a solo unsanctioned race.
