Walk4Inclusion is a cornerstone event within EquallyAble’s nationwide inclusion efforts, bringing communities together to advance dignity, access, and opportunity for people of all abilities. The 2026 Walk4Inclusion takes place Sunday, April 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM at Fairfax Corner, featuring a timed 5K and an untimed 1K Fun Run. Proceeds directly support EquallyAble’s mission to build a more inclusive society for people with disabilities and their families. Join Fairfax Law Foundation, dressed like a Superhero or your favorite Villain on Sunday, April 19, at Fairfax Corner for the Annual Heroes vs Villains Run for Justice 5K. The untimed Kid's Fun Run will start at 8:00 am. Fairfax County is one of the wealthiest counties in the nation—yet thousands of children here go home on weekends unsure if they’ll have enough to eat. Rising food costs and ongoing shortages have pushed more families into crisis, and today 1 in 3 students in Fairfax County Public Schools experiences food insecurity. The 6th Annual Feed Fairfax 5K on May 2nd, 2026 is a fun 3.1 mile road race through the Greenbriar neighborhood in Fairfax. The race is organized with community partners to raise money and provide food for kids in Fairfax County suffering from food insecurity. What makes this race incredibly unique is that after the race, all participants and volunteers will have the opportunity to assemble Power Packs for elementary school children within our community. Woodson Young Hearts Club for the 25th Annual Mantua Raccoon Run on Saturday, May 9, 2026. All the fun will take place at Mantua ES (9107 Horner Ct, Fairfax, VA 22031). The 1M fun run starts at 8:00 am, and the 5k starts at 8:30 am.  The Raccoon Run is an annual run, sponsored by Mantua's Kids Care Club, that raises money for Life With Cancer, an amazing INOVA Hospital program that helps to provide support to those living with cancer and their families. This is done through education, information, counseling, and other services, all free of charge. Kids Care Club is a PTA volunteer-run service club that allows children in grades K-6 to give back to their community. C.G Woodson High School 5k fundraiser is proud to support the Edward "Eddie" Zhou STEM and Figure Skating Enrichment Fund through Arlington Community Foundation (ACF), this memorial fund awards a $1,000 grant to a Northern Virginia middle or high school figure skater who is interested in STEM and is a valuable part of their community. The 5K will be held on May 16th, 2026. This year will mark the 16th time we’ve held this event and we would be thrilled to have your support to continue to help local organizations!

2026 Spring RunFit Kidz Celebration RunSunday, May 17, 8:00 am. Fairfax Corner Shopping Center Parents and families are invited to join in the fun as we look forward to celebrating our amazing runners and all of their accomplishments at our 5K Celebration run in May!   Important Note:  Remember all children in the RFK program are registered for the 5K event and no further registration or payment is necessary. Your children will receive their packets from their coaches during their last class. Each packet will contain; Commemorative Finishers T-Shirt, Race Bib, and any Tokens your child earned (and did not yet receive) over the course of the season. Join us for the 20th Annual StarKid 5K and Family Fun Run on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at the Fairfax Corner Shopping Center! It's a fun-filled morning of fitness, music, and community. Since 2006, the StarKid 5K has supported Inova Children’s. Originally supporting the Pediatric Heart Program, proceeds now benefit pediatric services across Inova Health System, with this year’s funds supporting the Joe Cassella Pediatric Patient and Family Support Fund! The Joe Cassella Pediatric Patient and Family Support Fund provides critical financial assistance to families facing childhood illness or injury—covering needs such as medical bills, utilities, transportation, respite care, and more. 100% funded by philanthropy, this fund helps families focus on what matters most: healing—while honoring the compassionate legacy of Joe Cassella.

The Max Pound Foundation is hosting a 5K Race/Walk and Fun Run to raise money for pediatric brain cancer. This is a community 5K and Fun Run for friends, family, students, and neighbors of all ages.
