We're back and ready for more family friendly fun; the 2.2 or 2.2 X 2 Tutu Run of 2026.  That's right; it's a Tutu Fun Run/Walk! There are two distances to choose from:  4.4 mile run or 2.2 mile run/walk. There will be awards for first, second and third place finishers for both male and female in each race.  And there will be a cash reward for the best Tutu for male and female finisher.  The race takes place on Sunday April 26, 2026, at the ERC Beach One Pavilion and will benefit a local charity.  The 4.4 race will start at 9 am and the 2.2 will start at 9:15 am.  There will be snacks and water provided for participants at the end of the race.  Check in starts at 8 at the Beach 1 Pavilion.  T-shirts are available for purchase for $18.00 each.  To ensure your size is available, please register by April 10, so you won't disappointed. We are pleased to announce our 13th annual LECOM 5K as a healthful event that enables you to walk or run either our 3.1-mile course or one-mile course. LECOM Medical Fitness and Wellness Center encourages an active lifestyle throughout our great nation. So, we are maintaining our virtual option for those who are unable to attend our live event. Our virtual option does not require a timing device for you to participate, but you have the option of posting your time on the registration site to see how your time compares with others from around the country. Our live event will have the option to utilize timing devices and bibs so you can either compete for a place medal or just go for a personal best. You're invited for a 5K Run/Walk on the campus of Mercyhurst University on Sunday, May 3, 2026. All are invited, Mercyhurst community, alumni, and new friends to Mercyhurst - enjoy the exciting route through our beautiful campus! Guests who complete registration by March 31 will receive a race t-shirt. Pre-check-in will take place on Saturday, May 2 from 12-1 p.m. in the Old Main foyer. Runners may also check-in day-of beginning at 8 a.m. near the starting line in the center of campus. Upon arrival, please pull through the gates on E. 38th Street and park in the big open lot on the right. Half of every registration will be donated to the Behrend Cross Country program. This is a self-supported ultra run, very similar to the ERC Personal Endurance Classic. Course is a 2.25 mile loop.  Expect some mud, a little side-hill, plenty of grass, a couple of hills (one of which you WILL walk down).  Shade, open fields, wildflowers, and wildlife.  Do as many laps as you want.  And, since I don't have the MapMyRun section, here's a map:  Map of course.

Location: This event is held on a state park, which requires certain limitations. Thus, there is a 3 hour time limit on the course. Anyone not maintaining a 14 minute per mile pace will be directed to the all-purpose trail next to the course as the course closes. Depending on conditions on race day, you may need to go to all-purpose trail sooner if requested by the park rangers. There is no day of race registration at the venue, please sign up online prior to race day. Packet pickup: will be at the Cabin 3, this is about 3 miles from the entrance and signs will be put out at Presque isle on Saturday from noon until 5 PM.  You can also pick up on Sunday prior to the race starting at 5:30 AM, this will be at the Beach 1 pavilion where the race will start and finish.  You may have someone else pick up

Cyclists of all ages and abilities will participate in self-supported rides on routes that feature Erie’s vast terrain – along sandy beaches and through old growth forests, across our vibrant downtown and our expansive grape-growing region.
