Races Near Me: Upcoming Running Races

Test

Support the Edmond Santa Fe track and cross country teams by participating in a 5k on the Wolf Trail. The proceeds from this chip timed race will help fund student-athlete travel and meals for out of state meets, upgrade practice materials and provide coaches and student-athletes with other vital support. This race will be held on the same course that has hosted countless OSSAA state cross country meets and now you'll have the opportunity as well. If you're a high school runner, this is a great tuneup for NXR South the next weekend!

Join us on Thanksgiving morning in Downtown Edmond for the Edmond Turkey Trot, one of Oklahoma's largest Thanksgiving events. 🐾 Announcing the 4th Annual Poppy Love 5K – “In Memory of Poppy” 🐾 We are excited to invite you to the 4th Annual Poppy Love 5K, a heartfelt event created in honor of a beloved pup named Poppy. This race began as a way for Poppy’s devoted owner to give back after her puppy survived Parvo with the help of a veterinary assistance program. Since then, it’s grown into a powerful fundraiser supporting local rescues that help animals in need. In February 2025, sweet Poppy crossed the rainbow bridge, but her legacy lives on through this special event. 💖 Each step you take helps continue her mission—providing financial assistance to Oklahoma-based rescues and saving lives. Event Options: Timed 5K 1-Mile Walk Virtual 5K And yes—your dogs are welcome to join the fun! 🐶 📦 Register by April 15, 2027, to receive a race t-shirt and swag bag! Registrations after April 16, 2027 or on race day will not include a runner’s bag or t-shirt. Let’s celebrate Poppy’s memory and help more pets get a second chance at life. 🐕❤️
