Nordic North Stars - Winter 2026 Developing young athletes through fitness and fun.  This is our 13th season of Nordic North Stars.  Monday Winter 2026 sessions start January 12th and goes until the snow is gone, usually around mid-March.   Wednesday sessions start on January 14th.  Mondays - Ages 7 to 14 years old and Wednesdays - Ages 10 to 14 years old.  More information and minimum requirements can be found on our website: www.nordicnorthstars.com If you have a question about age and ability, please contact us.

Join Duluth Running Co. for four long runs (and four parties!) as we build towards Duluth’s premier running event: Grandmas Marathon! All are welcome to join - whether you’re training for a spring race, doing your first ever long run, or just wanting to get out and stay active!  We'll offer race specific distances for both the full and half marathon on scenic courses throughout Duluth, with coffee, food, and a post-run party after each long run! The 1st Annual Autism Walk Northland MN is a community-centered event created to celebrate, support, and uplift the autism and neurodivergent community. Taking place Sunday, April 26th at the DECC, this walk brings together families, friends, educators, caregivers, and advocates in a space built on acceptance, connection, and understanding. This event is about more than fundraising. It is about visibility, belonging, and creating a place where every individual feels seen and valued. Participation is free and open to everyone, with opportunities to form teams, raise funds, and directly support programs and resources that stay right here in our local community. The Autism Walk Northland MN is designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and meaningful. It is a chance to listen, learn, and grow together while celebrating the strength, diversity, and resilience of the families and individuals who make this community so special.

The Northland 5K for Food Allergy is back for our 4th year for family-friendly, food allergy fun at Endion Station in Duluth, Minnesota!   This 3.1 mile out and back, chip-timed, run/walk will begin and end at Endion Station in Canal Park, Duluth, MN.   There will be awards and prize packs for the top male and female finishers! The Kids' Fun Run (for anyone 12 and under) will begin immediately following the 5K, expected start time will be between 10-10:30am.   There will also be door prizes!  After you finish the race, enter your bib number for a chance to win a door prize of your choosing.  That’s right—you pick the prize you want to win! Whether you’re eyeing that gift card, cool gear, or something fun for the family, just drop your number next to the prize you want most. One entry per runner. The Going Bananas Run is the first-of-its-kind fun run where your speed can raise money for charity. Each racer receives their very own banana suit to run in as you make your way through an exciting Duluth course. You’d better split though, because after 2 minutes we release “The Gorilla.” “The Gorilla” is our inside man; boy, does he love chasing bananas. Those who beat the gorilla to the finish receive a special prize, and money will be donated to a local food shelf. Do you have what it takes to beat “The Gorilla”?In year 1 we had over 430 bananas, in year 2 we are going for over 1,000!

Join the Flying Tortoises for a Pride fun run at Dovetail Cafe & Marketplace supporting WE Health Clinic! Key Details: We are hosting a completely free 3-mile run from Dovetail Cafe & Marketplace at 1 pm on Sunday, June 14th, 2026 at 1 pm. EquiSol Race Series (A Park for All Seasons) - Summer Solstice 5k   Welcome to the new race series in 2026 benefitting the Gwinnett Parks Foundation.   This race is the 2nd of 4 races in the series with one in each quarter falling on or close to the Equinox or Solstice.  Each medal will magnetically link together to create a large medal map of Gwinnett County and its parks so do miss out to run all 4 races.  (if you do happen to miss one and we have left over medals, we will open up a virtual option for you to run and receive your missing medal to create you full larger medal)   Due to having to order the medals early for all 4 events, the first 200 runners will receive medals on site.  If we have additional runners we will order more and have them shipped to you (or you can pick up when ready)   Also you will receive a $20 refund if you refer 5 others.   Performance Race Services and the Gwinnett Park Foundation have teamed up to give you the opportunity to explore 4 of the many parks

This is a USAT sanctioned event and every participant, individual or team member. will have to purchase insurance either as an annual ($45) or a one-day USAT policy. You can go to  www.USATriathlon.org to purchase an annual license, or renew your license. You will be able to purchase the one-day insurance if needed during registration. There is no day-of registration for the Brewhouse. The Root Beer Kids race is the partner race for the Brewhouse Triathlon.  It is for kids 6-14 and takes place on Sunday afternoon. 6-8 year olds: 50 yard Swim, 1.5 mile Bike, 1/4 mile Run (approx: 2:50 start) 9-11 year olds: 100 yard Swim, 2.5 mile Bike, 1/2 mile Run (approx: 2:10 start) 12-14 year olds: 200 yard Swim, 5 mile Bike, 1 mile Run (1:30 start) There will be in-person registration at The Barrel Room in the Fitger's complex across from the Brewhouse from 4-7pm on Saturday night. Founded in 1996, the NorthShore Inline Marathon is dedicated to spreading the love of inline skating and overall fitness. Every year thousands of athletes of all ages come to Duluth to participate in this one-of-a-kind event. The NSIM offers a historic route, great views, and an even better community. An event presented by Covenant Ability Network of Minnesota, featuring a 5k run out and back on the beautiful lake walk along Lake Superior, a 1-mile stroll heading towards the aerial lift bridge. The Duluth Women’s 10 Mile is an awe-inspiring event that brings women together to run 10 incredible miles together. This run was created to empower women, and to cheer them on in a race where they are celebrated. The sunrise start high on Hawk Ridge provides expansive Lake Superior views with breathtaking colors and energy. The course will take you from the skyline to the shoreline as it traverses the hillside before descending Seven Bridges Road where you'll "Bridge the Gap" on a beautiful forest road that winds across the bridges before arriving at the shore of Lake Superior. The second half of the course winds along the Lake on the Lakewalk to the finish at Duluth Running Co. near downtown Duluth. “Bridging the Gap" is a metaphor for the gap women face. It’s a pay gap. The 19th Annual Grand Traverse is a fully supported hike/run along the Superior Hiking trail in Duluth, MN.  The Grand Traverse offers four challenging distances to choose from.  All distances are point to point.  Shuttle bus service provided to start locations.  All distances finish at the Fitger's Courtyard next to Lake Superior.
