Kids Run Arkansas® is back on Friday, April 17 at 6:00 pm for an evening focused on fun, fitness, and family participation. The event is presented by Conway Regional Health & Fitness Center, with Groovy Smiles Pediatric Dentistry as the title sponsor. We are so excited to announce the 44th Annual Toad Suck Daze 10k and 5k Race for the Kiwanis Club of Conway. We would also like to thank our co-presenting sponsor for this year’s race, Centennial Bank and Conway Regional Health Systems! The Tadpole Trot, Presented by Centennial Bank and Conway Regional Health Systems will take place May 1st at 5:45 pm at the Young-Wise Memorial Stadium at Hendrix College.  This will be a short race and is for kids ages 3-10 years old.  Prizes and t-shirts are available! The Toad Suck Daze 10k Race was started by the Conway Kiwanis Club in 1982 and run in conjunction with the then-new Toad Suck Daze Festival. In 1984, First National Bank (now Regions) began a race in memory of a fellow employee, Randy Baker, who died of cancer. The Randy Baker 8k was conducted for two years, with proceeds benefiting the American Cancer Society. Join us Saturday, May 9th for the first Flytrap 5K Race! Finishers who complete this 5K receive a finishers medal. The race takes place on a straight away dirt road with a circle around back to the finish line. Partnering with Friends of Lewis Ocean Bay, this race will kick off the Flytrap Festival 2026. COME JOIN THE RUN IT'S #1 IN SEASONAL FUN Join us in Conway, South Carolina on October 3rd for the annual Halloween Hustle. Conway is known for rolling out the red carpet and welcoming visitors to its festive streets all decked out for different holidays and during the month of October their name is officially changed to The City of Halloween.  You will run through the city of haunts on the certified 10K and 5K course that will finish along the beautiful and festive Riverwalk. All runners must pickup their own packet to participate in the City of Colleges Half Marathon.  Approxiamately 1,000 runners, friends and family will come through the expo.  Packet Pick-up to occur at the Indoor Practice Facility, 201 Donaghey Ave, Conway, AR 72035. Expo time - Noon - 6pm.

Half marathon, 10K, 5K and Fun Run running festival.  The half marathon distance will take runners through the city and into the countryside on the streets of Conway, Arkansas.  Runners will experience the beauty of the UCA campus with tons of cheering students along the routes.  Come enjoy a beautiful fall day with the start/finish line located on the UCA campus.  Unique finisher medals and a fun post-event celebration for you and your friends and family.
