The 24th Annual Rock'N Race will be on Wednesday May 6, 2026 on the State House Lawn in downtown Concord, NH. We will be walking and running to raise funds for cancer patients and their families receiving support services at Concord Hospital Payson Center for Cancer Care HOPE Resource Center.  5:50 pm pre-race program 6:00 pm Race Start Run and/or walk a 5K route or walk a shorter one-mile loop. The event features live music along the way and a variety of snacks and food after the event. Please note that registered runners are timed and registered walkers are untimed. Do you have a favorite 5k course that is not already a race? We have an exciting challenge for you! Create a 5k route somewhere in NH that would be safe for runners and easy for parking. Join the Tough Ruck 26.2 Boston 2026 mission and be part of something greater. We ruck in honor of our Fallen Military & First Responders. Tough Ruck finishers earn the official 130th Boston Marathon Medallion and recognition from the Boston Athletic Association. Tough Ruck 26.2 is a group of military, first responders and civilians whose sole purpose is to Ruck in honor and in memory of America's Fallen Military & First Responders, while raising critical funds to support military families and families of the Fallen in times of need. We will walk 26.2 miles with our Rucks and carry the names of our Fallen comrades with us. The Stroller Derby is an exciting, unique, family-friendly fundraiser benefiting Gate Pregnancy Resource Center. Ryan’s Run: A 5K for Recovery & Hope We are honored to present Ryan’s Run, a community 5K dedicated to celebrating the life of Ryan McDermott, a loving father, son, brother, and friend. Ryan’s journey with substance use was long and difficult, but it never defined who he truly was. He was known for his kind heart, his adventurous spirit, and his deep love of music. Music was the soundtrack of his life, and he often shared it with those around him as a way of connecting, lifting spirits, and creating joy. Although his battle with substance use was painful, programs like those supported by the New Hampshire Coalition of Recovery Residences (NHCORR) gave him years of sobriety, stability, and happiness. Those were years filled with family, laughter, and memories that will be cherished forever. While we grieve the loss of Ryan, we also celebrate his legacy. Who We Are: Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age-appropriate running events including the 50 & 75 yard dashes, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile and the 1 mile run. Kids will earn points for each race they complete based on their finish. Pricing: The registration fee covers the entire five (5) weeks of the Series which includes race bibs for each week, a runner shirt, a finisher medal and any sponsor giveaways. This will be a fun 5K looping course beginning and ending at Newhall Park near the playground. There will also be a FREE kid's (7 and under) 400m fun run after the 5K run! The Run4More 5K will take place at the beautiful Frank Liske Park in Concord, NC, Home Builder Shelter.  All proceeds will benefit scholarship and operational expenses for The Education Over Debt Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization.  The purpose of the event is to combine financial and physical wellness.  Studies have shown that financial stressors have a direct correlation with poor physical and mental well-being.  By combining financial and physical wellness we hope to expose students and families to an overall healthier lifestyle. Lace up your sneakers and grab your favorite two or four legged running partner for the annual Dirty Paws 5k! Course begins at the Banks Humane Education Center at 95 Silk Farm Rd, Concord (across from the shelter), taking you to the grounds of St Paul’s School and back. Dogs are welcome; must have a current rabies vaccination and be on leash at all times.  Baby joggers welcome!

Diablo Valley Federal Credit Union (DVFCU) is pleased to welcome you to our information page about the Concord Turkey Trot, a 5K run/walk benefiting Loaves and Fishes of Contra Costa. The event will take place at Newhall Park on Thanksgiving, Thursday, November 26, 2026, at 8 AM.  For the safety and enjoyment of all participants, registration for this event is capped at a TBD number of participants.  Everyone participating in the 5K run/walk course must have a paid registration, with the exception of children 2 years old and under, who will be in a stroller for the duration of the event.  The course includes varied terrain, including grass fields, park pathways, and city streets. Those participating with strollers or pets will be asked to enter at the back of the start area so as not to impede those wishing to race for time. Join us for this great cause and find out who can complete the most 1 mile laps in the Runner and Rucker divisions and earn the title… Mount Afton G.O.A.T.This year's event is a fundraiser for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention services, which has impacted the Afton AO in a very personal way over the past year and obviously many more in our community at large. Thru the F3 Foundation, F3 Afton will donate funds raised for this event to the Cabarrus County Chapter of NAMI, the National Alliance on Mental Illness.Registration will not commit you to continuous running/rucking for the entire 2 hours. The challenge is simply you vs. you… what you can do!  There will be prizes for the runners and ruckers with the most distance co
