Get ready to dance your way across the finish line! This race is a unique experience with live music provided at the start/finish line by the WVHS and OMS bands.  The Brian Gallaher Bands on the Run 5k is a beautiful out and back course along the Cleveland Greenway. It starts at the pavilion at Greenway Park and runs south towards the Cookes Parking lot. This morning also serves as a morning to remember Brian Gallaher, founder of the Bands on the Run 5k and band director at OMS for 14 years.

Prepare to run for a meaningful cause! Terra Running Company is coordinating a 5K run at Greenway Park on May 16, 2026, at 9 AM, as part of the Walk Run Pedal Jamz Festival®— hosted by the City of Cleveland and the 100 Black Men of Bradley County. Runner check-in willstart at 8 AM in the park. This festival combines fun and purpose. The morning kicks off with a 5K run that has a $25 entry fee. Your donation will support youth programs and scholarships for students in Cleveland and Bradley County. Ready to participate?You can register for the 5K run here. The first 200 participants will receive official timing, so be sure to sign up early. The first 25 to register by May 1, 2026, will receive a complimentary festival t-shirt. Everyone who participates on the day of the run will be given a free ticket for achance to win some fitness and fun giveaways. You must be present to win. This summer is about to get hot! Join Terra Running Company for the 5th Annual Summer Sizzler 5k Race Series! This one-of-a-kind series of 5k's celebrates summer, racing, and Cleveland! On Friday evenings at the end of May, June, and July, we will host a Summer Sizzler timed 5k + 1 mile fun run at the Cleveland’s Greenway Park! Each race includes a family-friendly 1 mile fun run/walk, lawn games, lots of music, sun, fun, and surprises! Participants get race swag at EACH 5k, PLUS a pair of custom Summer Sizzler socks for running all 3 Summer Sizzler 5k's! Each 5k is $25 and each 1mile is $15 until March 31, 2025, and then both registration choices go up $5 until 1 week before race day. The final week before each race, the registration prices will increase $5 more, so please register early! The facility is the Ray Conn Sports Complex at Lee University. The address for the track is  2200 Parker Street, Cleveland, TN 37311 The meet will take place on a 5-year-old Beynon surface laid down in 2020. The track has eight 48” lanes.  Long jump runway board is at 8ft. NEW Beynon runways for 2025 .   Athletes will not be able to run if they do not comply with these rules:  • The use of 1/4" pyramid spikes will be strictly enforced • NO NEEDLE SPIKES OR CHRISTMAS TREE SPIKES ALLOWED • No permanent spike shoes allowed • Shoes will be checked at last call in the Clerk Area and prior to getting on the track

Celebrate Thanksgiving the Cleveland way at the 10th Annual Cleveland Turkey Trot!    Join us at 8am at Greenway Park to run 5k or 1 mile before you feast!
