Help us raise awareness for safe driving as the construction season kicks off with Work Zone Awareness Week! We're back to hosting a LIVE event for all ages! Can't make it on race day but still want to support worker safety? No Problem! We're still offering a virtual "supporter" option so you can get the same swag and help raise awareness for driving safely in work zones. Everyone gets a short sleeve high visibility running shirt for safety while running outside & another giveaway item TBD.  Get out in the spring weather and spread the message to Work Safe. Drive Safe. Save Lives. This year the in-person race will kick off at 8am at the MoDOT Transportation Management Center at 14301 S Outer Forty Rd, Chesterfield, MO 63017.  Come join us!

Youth Triathlon for ages 6-15. Race Distance are as follows: Ages 6-10: Swim - 25 meters, Bike - 1 mile, Run - 1/2 mile Ages 11-15: Swim - 75 meters, Bike - 2 miles, Run - 1 mile Splash N Dash ages 6-10: Swim - 25 meters, Run 1/2 mile  Splash N Dash ages 11-15: Swim - 75 meters, Run - 1 mile Packet Pick Up  We'll be holding a pre-race packet pick up on Friday, June 19th from 3:00pm-6:00pm at the Aquatic Center. You may also pick up on race morning. Join us Friday, July 4 for the 8th annual Stars and Stripes Runs. Start your holiday with some fun exercise! Come RUN and WALK with us!  The run will be held at the Chesterfield Valley Athletic Complex. 5K will begin at 8:30am, and Fun Run starts at 9:30am! Participants are encouraged to come back that evening and enjoy the free 4th of July Fireworks Celebration starting at 6:00 p.m. Awards for the 5K will be given to the top overall male and female finishers, as well as the first-place finishers in each age group. Age groups are separated by male and female and are 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+. Each participant in the Fun Run will receive a medal for running. **Shirts are guaranteed to all participants who register by June 16th. All Ages welcomed! The most fun Thanksgiving Day 5K around with all proceeds benefiting Teen Challenge St. Louis, featuring a beautiful rolling out and back course through the Maryville University's campus. Great attendance prizes and awards will be given out! The race kicks off at 8:30am!
