Races

A 5K Run/Walk/Cycling around Cassadaga Lake.   Categories:  Runners; Walkers; Road Bikes; E-Bikes.  This event will be electronically timed by Wilson Endurance Sports with disposable chips.  Registration fee includes timing chip and T-shirt.  T-Shirt deadline will be April 25, 2026.  No extra T-shirts will be ordered. Registrations will be accepted on the day of the race for an additional $10 per person.  No T-shirts will be available for same-day registrants.

Welcome to the beautiful lakeside community of Cassadaga, NY.   Just off of I-90, one hour south of Buffalo, NY and 1 hour north of Erie, PA.  Join us for this Super Sprint Triathlon Series in our 10th year of racing together.   We think you will find this challenging and a whole lot of fun!  Great for individuals and relay teams of all levels. Southern Tier Triathlon Club (STTC) Summer Tri Series Super Sprint; 400m swim, 13 mile bike and 2 mile run.    Paratriathletes are welcome!   AquaBike option offered to individuals only, not relay teams.   Race just one of this three-race series or all three.  Points are earned at every race and the Champion down to place #5, male/female, are honored at the end of the season. Wednesday nights, 5:45pm. Race #1 - June 3 Race #2 - July 8 Race #3 - August 5   Extremely beginner-friendly.  NO CUT-OFF TIMES.  You will never be the only "first-timer" at the race.      Great sharpener for experienced racers.

Calling all kids that want to TRI something new, challenge themselves, and enjoy the world of multi-sport.  We believe that triathlon is one of the greatest lifetime sports ever created and invite your children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews and neighbors to fall in love with lifetime fitness, health and well-being.  Held in the beautiful lakeside community of Cassadaga, NY., just off of I-90, one hour south of Buffalo, NY and 1 hour north of Erie, PA.   For ages 4 - 15   100meter swim, 3 mile bike, 1 mile run.   *The price shown includes the RunSignUp processing fee. *This is a USAT sanctioned event.  There will be an additional $10 fee for an annual membership.

WELCOME TO A CHALLENGE YOU WON’T SOON FORGET; Long Distance race: Swim 1.2 miles, Bike 56 miles, Run 13.1 miles Intermediate distance race: Swim 1.2 miles, Bike 28 miles, Run 6 miles.   Similar elevations to the courses in Lake Placid but NO CUT OFF TIMES!  Incredibly stocked aid stations on the bike and run courses.
