Spring 2026 Kids 5K - Cary

Spring 2026 Kids 5K training in Cary is brought to you by Triangle Run Smart Training, presented by Pace Yourself Run Company and The Running PTs.   Class is 8 weeks long, meeting once per week, and is geared toward kids aged 8-14 years old.  The goal of the class is to have fun, get healthy, and work their run endurance up to running a 5K at the end of the season.  ALL levels & paces are welcome!  Kids will be grouped in smaller pace groups after a timed mile so they can train with similar paces. Class will be capped at 40 registrants.   Cost of the class is $70.  No refund and no deferral if you drop out of the class after registering.  Please do not register if you're unsure of your child's schedule and have a potential conflict with another activity.
