Choose a 5K (3.1 miles) or a shorter Senior Stroll and participate at your own pace, wherever you are. Enjoy a neighborhood walk, head to a park, or hop on a treadmill during the event dates. This virtual event welcomes participants of all ages and abilities. There is no group starting line, required tracking app, or competitive timing. Gather your family, invite friends, or take some time for yourself while supporting our local seniors. After completing your activity, follow the event instructions to report your completion on the honor system. Photos are welcome but optional—we’d love to see your flock in action!
