All proceeds will be donated to the Ruston Family Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on making the sport of cross country understandable and memorable for young athletes & families. Join us for the 2nd Annual Noah’s 5K Duck Dash—a family-friendly run/walk honoring the life and legacy of Noah Lee. More than a race, this is a day of community, joy, and support for families facing childhood cancer. Proceeds benefit the Noah Lee Legacy Foundation, helping families with travel, lodging, and care packages, while also funding critical research for pediatric cancer. Run, walk or skip for Washington’s national parks! The Pacific Runderland 5K & Kids 1k Run is a charity event hosted in partnership with Washington’s National Park Fund (WNPF), the official philanthropic partner of the three national parks in Washington state. 5k registration includes finisher's medal, t-shirt, collective bib and free race photo downloads. Kids 1k registration includes finisher's ribbon and collective bib. Unfortunately, due to declining participation in the Virtual event and rising costs of shipping, there willl not be a Virtual option in 2026. Thank you for understanding. 5k course is USATF Certified (WA22015RMB). Organized solely by volunteers, Pacific Runderland donates all race proceeds to WNPF. We have donated over $40,000 to help support our state’s most beautiful parks since 2019. The event is also in honor and memory of the race organizer’s late father, a runner and national park fanatic, who passed away from early-onset Alzheimer’s in 2012. Please join us for our EIGHTH annual Baby Steps Foundation 5K to support those affected by pregnancy and infant loss. It's so crazy to see this crazy little idea we had to have a small 5K turn into hundreds of people. We cannot thank you enough for your support.  REGISTRATION PURCHASED AFTER SEPTEMBER 20TH WILL NOT RECEIVE A SHIRT. We have to put in our shirt order two weeks before the race. We do order extras which will be available for purchase, first come first serve, AFTER the race. The price changes from $40 to $25 after September 20th so you are not charged for a shirt. Our mission is to offer support to women and families while honoring their babies, as well as give back to the stillbirth and loss community. If you follow BeastNet, Pretty Mike, or anything OCR related you may know this challenge.  For completing this challenge you will receive an awesome patch featuring the logo of the event.  If you choose there is an option to cover your shipping and increase the donation amounts   This year we are opening up the Pretty Mike challenge that imitates a weight loss journey of up to 100# over the course of a 5k. In 2020 Mike lost over 100# and his friends decided to create a challenge 5k that year on Black Friday.  It was a fun event and has been hosted in two states over the past five years.   We want to take this global and help raise funds to send The Teddy Bear Crawl Foundation and Dealers of Hope USA build funds for their 2026 Mt Kilimanjaro climb to raise awareness for childhood suicide and foster children’s struggles.
