The Anacortes Women’s Wellness Run is a new annual event honoring the strength, well-being and ethos ofwomen. The race begins at waterfront Anacortes Seafarer’s Park. The event includes a 1k for kids 13 andyounger with start times by age. The main event is a 5k run/walk around the Cap Sante Marina. Anacortesinvites all ages and genders to lace up, move and connect.

Join us for our first EVER Annie Curtis Community Run! Railroad surveyor Amos Bowman and his beloved wife Annie Bowman (maiden name Curtis) first arrived on Fidalgo Island in 1877. Amos Bowman saw the sight as the “New York of the West” and encouraged business and industry to utilize its deep-water harbor and railroad.
