UltraTrax Wintergreen

A mountain-built trek across Wintergreen’s rugged Blue Ridge slopes. Push your pace. Carry your weight. Move with the pack. The route weaves shaded single-track, rocky overlooks, and rolling ridgelines with sweeping valley views across Virginia’s high country. Choose your distance: 7, 14, 21, or 28 miles, and complete in 10 hours to earn the coveted UltraTrax Grey Wolf Medal. Toss on a 10, 20, or 35-lb weighted vest or ruck and unlock bonus finisher swag + serious bragging rights. The course will be extremely well marked with a fun post-trek party for everyone to enjoy! Trek Day Information UltraTrax Wintergreen kicks off at 7am on November 7, 2026. The starting line will be open from 7am to 10am with the post-trek party starting at 11am. It is not a race, but it is a timed event and walkers will have 10 hours to complete the course.
