Day of Event Schedule Our 14th Annual 5K & 13K are held on a fully paved course next to the sand in Playa Del Rey on August 30th, 20265:15am: Parking Lots Open (LA County charges $13, bring cash). The line backs up so arrive early.  6:15am: Registration and Vendor Booths Open 6:30am: Bike Tour Starts  7:05am: Costume Contests 7:16am: National Anthem 🇺🇸 7:30am: 13K start (2 hour time limit, 15 min per mile pace or faster) 7:50am: 5K start 9:30am: Kids Run starts (time is approximate and depends on when the last 13K walkers are clear of the kids run course) 9:45am: Awards CeremonyShare your photos on social media!
