The Derby 50k

Derby 50kRegistration ends Nov 23rd or when we reach full capacity, Entries are first come first serve. We do not maintain a wait list.In addition, we ask that you also bring some dog and/or cat food so that we may helpthe Richmond County Animal Advocates. They will have a van onsite for the food donations. Your race number is your packet and ticket for lunch and can be picked at theDerby Community Building at 7:00 am Saturday morning. There will be spaghetti plates at the Derby Community Building. It will come with a salad, drink, cake, banana pudding, and pies. The "church ladies" from Jones Springs Church provide the meal. There will also be a non-meat sauce for vegetarians/vegans. It has been quoted that the homemade cakes and banana pudding, are worth running 31 miles. The money goes to the Derby community needs, church, fire dept. etc. The pasta lunch is also open to the general public for $7.00 a plate. The meal is free to runners.
