Event OverviewThe Ascent 5K is a run, walk, or roll event hosted by The Phoenix Journey, a local nonprofit dedicated to empowering those with autoimmune diseases to change and sustain a new lifestyle in order to improve their current state of disease one person at a time. This event isn’t just a race, it’s a movement of resilience, community, and hope. This year, to make it extra special, we are encouraging group participants to come rocking their best costumes. Every step on the course represents the daily climb faced by autoimmune warriors. Let's show some support and rise higher together.
