Sea Girt 5K & Kids' Races - 2026

A summer tradition at the Jersey Shore! Fun 5k run/walk through beautiful Sea Girt, NJ. Great community event with Kids' Races and Activities, live music on the course, custom t-shirt, chip timing, medals and more! The 35th Annual Sea Girt 5K will benefit Sea Girt Recreation and The Jersey Shore Dream Center, which provides hunger relief, essential baby supplies and community programs to individuals and families in need.
