WHAT The Red Apple Run for Diabetes Presented by Beauty and Grace Aesthetics is a 5K and 10K race on the Cape Fear River Trail in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Join us as we get together during National Diabetes Month to help raise awareness and support. All participants receive a finisher medal at the finish line.
