Period Positivity Walk

The Girl Flo Period Positivity Walk is a community-centered event dedicated to raising awareness about period poverty, promoting menstrual health education, and expanding access to essential period products. Hosted by The Girl Flo, the Period Positivity Walk brings together students, families, community organizations, advocates, and supporters for a one-mile walk with one shared message: Ending period poverty starts here. Period poverty impacts individuals who may not have consistent access to pads, tampons, and other menstrual health necessities. Through this walk, we are creating a space to educate, advocate, and take action while challenging the stigma that too often surrounds menstruation. Participants are encouraged to walk, connect with community partners, learn more about menstrual health and period poverty, and support The Girl Flo's continued efforts to provide period products and resources to communities in need. Whether you are walking for yourself, someone you love, or simply because you believe period products should be accessible to everyone who needs them, we invite you to join us.
