Pawtuxet River 5k: Run of the Mills!  T-Shirt guaranteed if you sign up before OCTOBER 17, 2026! Please join us Saturday, November 7, for a family-friendly 5k run or walk along the Pawtuxet River! Featuring 3 trestle bridges along the Coventry Greenway, a rail trail known as the Washington-Secondary bike path, enjoy views of the river, two majestic mills, and a jog through Anthony Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places. All proceeds benefit the Pawtuxet River Authority and Watershed Council, which has been protecting, conserving, and restoring the Pawtuxet River and its watershed for over 50 years! We are a 100% volunteer non-profit 501(c)(3) organization serving Cranston, Coventry, Scituate, Warwick, and West Warwick. Our mission is to enhance water quality and wildlife habitats, create opportunities for public passive recreation, and promote the environmental, cultural, and historic significance of the Pawtuxet River and its watershed.
