Madera College Turkey Trot

Welcome to the first annual Madera Turkey Trot hosted by Madera Community College Women's Soccer program! This is the inaugural Madera Turkey Trot and we hope we can continue this for the community for years to come! All proceeds for this event benefit the student-athletes of the Madera Community College women's soccer program! Where: Madera Community College Campus When: November 21st, 2026 What: A 5k fun run for all ages and abilities and 1/2 mile fun run for kids 12 years old and younger Packet pickup details: The Quad at Madera Community College's campus the morning of the race. Opens from 7:00am - 8:30am. ***Shirt sizes are very limited so sign up today to receive the inaugural shirt for the Madera Turkey Trot! Below are the following events for the Turkey Trot. It will be a rolling schedule and the times listed are approximate times, but will not start earlier than what is listed: 9:00am - Girls 1/2 mile race - 13 years old and under ***awards will be given to the top three girls 9:20am - Boys 1/2 mile race - 13 years old and under ***awards will be given to the top three boys 9:45am - 5k race - all ages ***awards will be given to the top three men and women 10:20am - Awards ceremony All kids participating in the 1/2 mile will receive a medal when they finish! Top 3 finishers in 5k fun run in each age group will earn a medal. The age groups are as follows: 0-13, 14-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+ Come out and join in the exercise with your family and friends! We hope to see you there! Go Mountain Lions! Please note: Only walk-in registrations will be available when online registration closes. Rates will increase as well. You will need to go to the packet pickup date, time, and site to register in person. This will close 20 minutes before the first race in order to input all the participants in a timely manner.
