Livestrong at the Y 5K & Half Marathon

Run for a Cause. Run with the Y. The YMCA of Metro North and the Torigian Family YMCA are excited to host our annual Livestrong at the Y 5K & Half Marathon this Fall. This inspiring road race benefits Livestrong at the Y, a 12-week program that helps cancer survivors regain strength, balance, and confidence after treatment. Participants can choose from two event options: 5KHalf Marathon Whether you're a seasoned runner or new to the sport, there's something for everyone! Runners and walkers alike can enjoy a morning of community and support by signing up for the family-friendly 5K, or challenge themselves with the longer Half Marathon options. Registration includes post-race refreshments. Age-specific awards are available for 5K participants only. NEW for this year's 5K race!
