What’s a Ruck?
A ruck is walking or hiking with a weighted pack — a key part of military training used to build strength and endurance. Participants can choose weighted packs, vests, or go unweighted.
What’s a Roll?
The roll is for adaptive athletes using handcycles or recumbents. Competitive ro
