Gobbler 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run

14th Annual Gobbler 5k and 1 Mile Kids Fun Run First Christian Academy is hosting the 14th annual Gobbler 5k Run on Thursday, November 26th, 2026. Join us on Thanksgiving morning for a 1 mile fun run and 5k event! Run, walk, or stroll with your family through beautiful Starkey Park in New Port Richey, Florida. While you’re getting a great workout, you can also feel good about helping local students. All event proceeds from the Gobbler Run go to support First Christian Academy.  The Gobbler 5K will be a chip-timed race. Participants must begin the race between 7:30-7:40 am for accurate chip start time. Participants will receive a beautiful finisher’s medal, poly dry-fit race t-shirt and backpack. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each age group will also receive a placement trophy! The 1 Mile Fun Run is a race for all ages. Participants get a finishers medal, poly dry-fit race t-shirt and backpack!
