FUN FIT 5K / 10K & Hybrid 5K

This course is at the Pompano Air Park!  Park at the South End of the Galuppi's Parking Lot. We will have a finish line clock at the end, each participant will receive a club T-Shirt, Finisher Medal and Signature bib.  So this event has (3) options, you can participate in the 5K or 10K run / walk or you can participate in the Hybrid 5K, if you elect to participate in the Hybrid 5K, those participants will complete 10 reps of one of the following exercises every 1/2 mile: JUMPING JACKSSIT UPSLUNGESAIR SQUATSPUSHUPSBURPEES This is a Non Scored Event ....
