Cazenovia Preservation Foundation Turkey Trot

Join us on Thanksgiving morning for a family-friendly 5K and 1-mile Fun Run/Walk on the Gorge Trail in Cazenovia, NY. Courses are out-and-back on a gravel converted rail-trail. Race Setup: Professional Chip TimingSeparate courses and staggered start times for 5K and 1-mile Fun Run/Walk. (Start location is the same for both.) Race Fees: Pre-registration is highly recommended. Final day to pre-register is Tuesday, November 25 at 5 pm. $22 for CPF Members$27 for Non Members (to become a CPF member, go to cazpreservation.org/membership)$35 for day-of-race registrations for all runners/walkers ages 13 and up. Kids aged 12 and under are FREE. Race Day Details 8:00-9:00 am: Pick up Race Bibs at check-in table.9:30 am: 5K Race Start (north-bound on the Gorge Trail).9:40 am: 1-mile Fun Run/Walk Start (south-bound on the Gorge Trail).10:15 am: Prizes awarded to the top 3 finishers in each category (Men, Women, and Youth).Costumes are encouraged! Wear your favorite Turkey Trot garb.We will be collecting non-perishable food for Caz Cares. Please bring a canned food donation.There are no bathroom facilities at the trail head. Please take care of business before you arrive.NO DOGS OR STROLLERS PERMITTED ON THE TRAIL DURING THE RACE.
