Join us for the third year of everyone's favorite community event, the BDoKY Hemo Hustle!! Whether you're just looking for a nice walk through nature or trying to set a new PR, come out and support Bleeding Disorders of Kentucky's mission to support kids and families affected by bleeding disorders throughout the state of Kentucky!! - Registration Fees: $30 Adults; $20 Kids 12 and under By popular demand, we have added a "No Shirt" registration option for $15  - T-shirt included in regular registration fee AND custom awards for Top 3 Male and Female 5k finishers 2k, 3k, and 4k distances will be mapped out in addition to the full 5k course - Snacks and refreshments will be provided before and after the race and you're welcome to stay and let the kids play on the playgrounds by the start/finish line afterwards  Registration starts at 8:45 - race begins at 9:30 PLEASE REGISTER BY 10/31/26 TO ENSURE CORRECT T-SHIRT SIZES AND NUMBERS
