The Turkey Trot 5K run/walk is Avalon Center's annual fundraiser to raise money for our mental health counseling programs. We provide counseling in the Rockford, IA and Charles City, IA School Systems as well as in our three Iowa offices located in Charles City, Mason City and Osage.
