The Cades Cove Loop Lope is the only organized footrace held inside Great Smoky Mountains National Park, to benefit Friends of the Smokies. All funds raised benefit park projects and programs such as historic preservation, wildlife conservation, native plant and grassland restoration, and so much more. There are two course options, a 5K or a USATF Certified 10-Mile Loop. Participation is limited to 750 total runners. This race sells out fast, so please don't wait to register! There is nothing quite like Dollywood at Christmas. Experience a nighttime run in the nation’s most beautiful holiday park during the Smoky Mountain Christmas festival by registering for the 13th annual Light the Way 5K! This year’s event will take place on Friday, November 13 beginning at 11 p.m. We are excited to announce that this year’s race is being facilitated by the Knoxville Track Club (ktc.org). KTC will chip-time the event and work with the event team to provide runners with the best experience possible. In 2024, the event course was re-certified to provide the best race experience. On Saturday, November 14, 2026, come give it your best dam tri at the first annual Dam Tri at Pickwick Landing State Park in Counce, Tennessee. This one-of-a-kind 39-mile adventure race combines cycling, paddling, and running through some of West Tennessee’s most scenic and historic landscapes. Secret City Half Marathon and 5K      Date: November 14, 2026 The half marathon route starts at the scenic Melton Lake Park peninsula.  Considered a great PR course!  Course runs along the beautiful Melton Lake then down by an operational quarry for a change of scenery. Continue along a serene tree-lined private road then wind through Oak Ridge.  Finish your race along the water's edge right back to the peninsula.  Course is USATF certified with certification # TN15066MS. The 5K race route starts and finishes at the Melton Lake Park peninsula.  The course follows the water's edge along Melton Lake to Elza Gate Park then double back down the walking trail to the peninsula.  A very scenic, easy,  and enjoyable 5K run. NORRIS ULTRA DAM HARD TRAIL RACE TIME & PLACE: 25k and 50k races start at 8:00am. Starts/Finishes at the pavilion near the Tea Room - Google Maps link here: Norris Dam State Park, Norris, TN. COURSE DESCRIPTION: Both race options will take place on single track trails and jeep roads spanning across both the Norris Dam State Park and Norris Municipal Watershed areas. The 25k course and 50k course are identical in that the shorter race goes one loop and the 50k two.  The races will have multiple aid stations easily accessible by road for spectators and people supporting their runners. The Speedway in Lights 5K returns for its 16th year on Sunday, Nov. 15, when more than 1,000 festive participants will be the first to tour the region's largest and most dazzling holiday lights display when the endurance race begins at 6 p.m. The run/walk event will wind through the new Speedway In Lights course that has been updated for 2026 with 40 new displays. 2026 will be the year to Run LoCo Half Marathon and Elf on the Run 5K!  The Run LoCo Half Marathon will be a certified out and back race course starting and finishing at the Tellico Lake Canal Day Use Area. Every volunteer plays a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for participants and patient families, and continuing to make this event the largest, single-day fundraising event for the kids of St. Jude.  Families never receive a bill from St. Jude Children's Research Hospital for treatment, travel, housing or food so they can focus on helping their child live. When you support St. Jude, you help make cures possible for childhood cancer.  Volunteer opportunities are available prior to event week, at the Health & Fitness Expo (Thursday, Dec. 3 and Friday, Dec. 4 and on race day (Saturday, Dec. 5). Get into the holiday spirit with either a half marathon or 5K run Saturday, December 12th, 2026 from Victor Ashe Park in Knoxville, TN. Events benefit the Sunshine Ambassadors -  Enriching the lives of people with disabilities through dance! Christmas Rock-n-Roll music will abound from Victor Ashe Park and along the routes. The Half Marathon and Relay will start at 9am.  The 5k will start at 9:15am. Participants of the half marathon, relay & 5K will receive custom ROCK'IN SANTA long sleeve T-shirts. The race is part of the King & Queen Series and the Tennessee Running Tour.  The race is owned and managed by the State of Franklin Track Club.  It is part of SFTC's 2026 King & Queen Competition series.  David Crockett Birthplace State Park will be open for the race but with limited access.  Because of the limited access to the park, I will not be having an age group awards ceremony, but each runner will receive a medal at the finish line.  But the overall male & female will receive a trophy at the finish line.  Also, I will have a donation jar for donation for the "Friends of the Park" to help restore the park.                                                        THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS

**THIS CAMP IS FOR C26 ATHLETES ONLY** Included in your entry fee is 4 dinners, 5 nights of lodging, fuel and nutrition and a camp shirt.  This camp is designed for athletes looking to both boost their run fitness over the winter and spend quality time with other athletes in an amazing atmosphere.  This 5 day run camp will include 6-8 total runs of varying length, duration and intensity. The duration and mileage of each run will be based on the athletes specific abilities and goals and placed in a specific run group. The #1 rule is NO ONE RUNS ALONE. If you have attended any of our triathlon or swim camps you know that we start together and end together.  Runs will be on both trail and  gravel road so please bring the appropriate footwear. The 6th annual Ashland City Half-Marathon will take place on Saturday March 7th, 2026 in Ashland City (20 minutes west of Nashville). The pancake flat, USATF-certfied course will go from Riverbluff Park and then take you on the beautiful Bicentennial Greenway, returning you alongside the Cumberland River on Chapmansboro Road. This is a loop many of the faster runners in the Nashville area have been using for time trials and tempo runs and is about as flat as you can get without doing a boring out and back race. In an effort to be more inclusive, in 2025 the course will only be open for 3 hours (13:44/mile). But please do not enter unless you are 100% confident you can cover the entire course in under 3 hours.
