Please join us for the 3rd Annual Fort Gibson Turkey Trot. This will be a family friendly event raising money to help with the Jean-Pierre Chouteau Trail System. Grab your costumes and running shoes, the Saints Santa Run is coming to Midtown on Saturday, December 5th, 2026! Our family-friendly winter run is bringing all ages and pets to downtown Oklahoma City for a festive 5K and costume contest. It is a great way to stay active and spread cheer during the holiday season. Participate in the 5K Run/Walk or 1-Mile Fun Run and receive a commemorative Saints Santa Run t-shirt and finisher medal. All are invited to enjoy free activities like face painting, a magician, holiday music, and more at our start/finish line celebration on the SSM Health St. Anthony Hospital campus. THE KILGORE HALF *Also known as THE RUN FOR THE DEPLOYED* THE HISTORY OF THE CHRISTMAS EVE RUN In 2009 Scott was deployed over Christmas. On Christmas Eve of that year he told me he was going to run a half marathon. When I asked him why, he said, because he was deployed and not able to be at home. The following year on a training run for a half marathon he and I were running together, he tells me he was going to do the same thing he did the year prior on Christmas Eve but from home this time. Knowing how our Oklahoma running community responds to a good cause and GOOD TIMES, we invited the Oklahoma City Southside Running Club to join us.In 2010, our first year as hosts, we had 24 runners. Our second year we grew to 43 runners. Our last year as hosts (2012) in 11 degree temps, we had our best showing yet. 60 runners came to our home ready to run!!!!!Since our move from OKC, we have hosted an event in Virginia Beach (in 2013), and our good friend Stacey Brown offered to carry on the trad

We will be hosting the 11th Annual GTR Gruber Trail Run on Saturday, January 2, 2027.  This run will have a distance for everyone with a 5 mile run,  10 mile run, or 20 mile run.   The run will be at the Gruber ORV Park. It will consist of a 5+ mile loop. The trail is considered a moderately technical trail.    SHIRT CUT OFF IS 12/10/26. YOU WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED A SHIRT AFTER THIS DATE.    You must have your packet picked up 10 minutes before the start. There will be no late starts. Due to the loop style course we need to stay strictly on time. Please make sure you allow yourself plenty of time to get your packet. If you would like to switch distances you will need to arrange that before your race starts. To keep things fair if you start your distance and want to drop that will result in a DNF. Get ready to party lakeside!  This 2-mile looped course will have you coming through the cheer zone plenty of times. We'll have plenty of sugary and salty calories and hydration to keep you going every 2 miles. The course is on mixed paved and single track dirt trails that wind through the woods to the hilltop overlooking Lake Vian.  We have a 4 Miler, Half Marathon, 50k, 50 Miler, 100k, and 100 Miler.  This is a chip timed event. I:40 Race Service with the help of the Muskogee Running Club and Muskogee Parks & Recreation will host the the Okie Half on March 13, 2027.  Okie Half 2027 will feature a flat certified course that starts/finishes inside the fully restored "Hanger 1" of the Hatbox Events Park.  We can't stress enough the FLATNESS of this course!  Also has cool features like going by the historic ROXY Theatre, "Circling Merle" at the Merle Haggard Statute, and going through Muskogee's Depot District.   The 5k course is also on the flat track that is USATF Certified and mostly run the loop trail around Hatbox Sports Complex.  There will be lots of goodies and extras with this event including: - GIVE AWAY ITEM YET TO BE DTERMINED!!   Must register by March 1st for guaranteed size.   - 1st Place Mugs for top runner in every Half Marathon Age Groups, 5 year age groups to 80 & Over - Cast finishers medals for half finishers & first place in each 5k Age Group (wood medals
