THE LAKE HODGES TRAIL DUATHLON RUN | BIKE | RUN TRAIL DUATHLON Run | Bike | Run is our one of a kind experience during our annual Lake Hodges Trail Fest. Challenge yourself and compete as and INDIVIDUAL or bring friends along for the challenge and compete as a TEAM. We are a CUPLESS race series. Please make sure to bring some form of hydration vessel for your event. There will be no cups at aid stations.

Join us as we have fun raising funds in support of the bleeding disorders community! Featuring: Vampire Run 5K – join us at our first ever 5K on the trails of Roseville, CA! All runners will get a special Vampire Run medal and entry into our Community Festival. We encourage capes, teeth, and costumes! Entry fees are $30 for adults and $10 for those under 14. Five and under can enter the festival for free. This is a timed run. Food – all entrants will receive coffee from a coffee cart, juice, donuts, and other snacks! SD HipHop 5K Run/Walk October 18, 2026 Gather the family to come out and celebrate a fun and festive run/walk at the 7th Annual SD HipHop 5k. And we our proud to announce that we are also offering a virtual challenge.You can run, cycle, walk, swim or roll a certain distance in one day or a couple of days to equal  3.1 miles. Anyone of any ability can participate and it can be completed at any location, at your own pace. Please note that the Virtual Challenge event will not be an officially timed event. Toss in a creek crossing and a nice finish through Yahi and the golf course, you’re sure to enjoy your run!    The two races include a half marathon and a 4-mile an hour backyard endurance challenge!    The Half Marathon will start at 8:10am along the rock wall off Centennial/South Rim trail head. This race will be a challenging climb with 1600 ft of gain in the first half. Enjoy a party at the top of 10-mile house at Aid station #1 and enjoy an all downhill second half of the race!   4-mile endurance race will start at 8:00am. Runners will run a 4-mile loop. Plumas Charter School Quincy Site is holding its annual Monster Dash 5k on Saturday, October 24th, at Feather River College to raise $10,000 for K-12th grade students and teachers. The race starts at the FRC sand volleyball courts located by the FRC baseball fields. Racers will traverse along the walking trail and across the Gansner Park bridge continuing down spanish creek road to the midway point at the end of the road. Racers will turn around and head back the way they came! Folks that prefer a short route can turn around before the bridge if they choose. LASAA’s mission is to provide athletic events for our members, comprised of Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department employees and law enforcement personnel, to promote health, fitness, and camaraderie. The Mug Run series started in 1993. The primary participants were law enforcement personnel with an average of 10 runners.  Since then, the Mug Run series opened its participation to the general public. Today, participation has grown to over 300 runners.   The race provides outside friendly competition and positive interaction between law enforcement and the community. Race day pricing increases to $40 so make sure to sign up early.

Big Sur River Run is a benefit race for two important Big Sur community organizations, Big Sur Health Center and Big Sur Fire. There are two races, a 10k and 5k. Both courses are all flat, black-top road loops alongside Big Sur River, through Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park's redwood and oak grove campgrounds. The 10k is a certified course. The 5k is a Family Fun Run or Walk. No Bicycles, dogs, strollers, skates, wagons, or other wheeled conveyances (other than wheelchairs) are permitted. Prizes for 10K Race winners and top finishers. Run4Recovery 5K Run/Walk raises awareness and funding to support recovering alcoholics and addicts by providing Sober Living Scholarships—offering shelter, stability, and nourishment to those most vulnerable to relapse. Through the Puente House Foundation (a 501(c)(3) non-profit), we provide safe housing for individuals who may be dealing with homelessness or are escaping environments filled with drug use and violence. For many, this scholarship is the difference between life and death. It offers a path to reunite with family, rejoin society, and embrace a pro-recovery lifestyle.

Join us to help clean up Downtown San Diego on Saturday, October 24, 2026. Cleanup will be from 9:00 am to 11 am.  MWR Liberty Transportation is provided, but not mandatory for this outing.
