USS Hornet Halloween 5k

Event Details: October 30th.  Friday pre-halloween Evening Run  We have partnered with the USS Hornet to bring back a super fun and unique race experience to Alameda. Our "day of the dead" Twilight Run we did a few years ago is back, just moving the date slightly to coincide with Halloween. The event will still benefit the USS Hornet Museum and will start at 6:30pm. Sunset is scheduled that evening for 6:12pm, so headlamps are recommended but we will have lights on the course.  Costume highly recommended and encouraged!  The run will take you for a scenic loop around Alameda Point, starting and finishing at the Pier. Come celebrate Día De Los Muertos (Day Of The Dead) and run a 5k race.    5k run/walk starts 9am on Saturday October 31st, 2026. All levels are welcome, it is a fully paved path, strollers are welcome. Packet Pick up is Saturday October 31st 7am-8:45am at North Natomas Regional Park (Same location as the race). All participants will receive a t-shirt and sticker with registration, top 3 in each age group and top 3 over all in male and female categories will receive ribbons.   The race will be held at North Natomas Regional Park, it is a flat course held on the sidewalk which is a loop around the entire park. It's an Orange County tradition! The Dinosaur Dash is a community run, walk, and bike event benefiting the Tustin Public Schools Foundation. There's something for everyone--a 2k fun run, chip-timed 5k and 10k runs, and Bike Tours for all riding levels (15k and a family-friendly 5k). The finisher medal for the 10k, 5k, and Bike Tour features our unique, student-designed logo. Get ready to join the community for the 23rd annual Tulare Santa Fe Trail-A-Thon 5k, hosted by the Tulare Sunrise Rotary Club! This fun and impactful event supports the club’s High School Scholarship Program, which in 2024 awarded a $5,000 4 year college and a $1,500 trade school scholarship to two Tulare High School seniors.  Event Details: Date & Location: The race begins and ends at Live Oak Park, Tulare, offering a scenic route and plenty of space to enjoy the day.   Time: Onsite registration and bib pickup will run from 8:00 am to 8:45 am, with the race starting promptly at 9am.   Registration: This year we are charging a registration fee of $15 per participant. Ride the hidden, unridden, and forbidden San Diego to support pancreatic cancer research!  Cycle through scenic areas of San Diego on November 8th to support pancreatic cancer research in the 12th Annual Jim Krause Memorial Charity Cycling Ride the Point. The ride starts and ends at Liberty Station and includes exclusive routes through Point Loma, Ocean Beach, Mission Bay La Jolla, Torrey Pines, and Sorrento Valley. This ride takes participants through historic neighborhoods and past some of the most scenic areas of San Diego, some that are only open once a year for this event.
