Come join us on Thanksgiving morning for a 2-mile fun run! The event will be held at Mehaffey Park. We will have a fun course, music, and more! Come dressed in your best Turkey Day outfit. Every participant will receive a memorable campfire mug and bib. Shirts can be added on during registration. This event will benefit KidsPak. We will be accepting food donations to help fill their shelves and a portion of the proceeds will go to them too. Groups of 3 or more get a discount at registration! Start is at 8am! This year we will have two race starts! You can choose 8am or 8:30am. Pre-race day packet pickup will be at TBD, Wednesday evening. We will be updating you with all the info soon. Stayed tuned…. The Gobble Wobble Run is a family friendly 5K that has been going strong since 2010!  We welcome all ages and abilities.  Our race takes place at beautiful Clement Park in Littleton, Colorado every Thanksgiving morning Frequently Asked Questions: Who Gobbles and Wobbles?  The demographics of this event will likely be a mix of serious athletes, aspiring runners, and families. Celebrate Thanksgiving weekend and the lighting of Christmas Mountain in Salida with a 5 mile and 1 mile race!  The 5 mile course begins and ends by Riverside Park in downtown Salida. Race course is very scenic and mostly flat (around 160 feet of elevation gain) and takes place on city and county roads and gravel or concrete pedestrian paths. The Human Potential Running Series Presents: The Sawmill Trail Runs @ Staunton State Park The Sawmill Trail Runs; first started as a “Fat Ass” event at White Ranch Open Space in Golden, CO in December 2013. We incorporated it into an official trail race starting in December 2017. In 2021, this event was moved to its new home at Staunton State Park in Pine, CO featuring 50k, 16-Mile, and 8-Mile distance options.  Staunton State Park is a gem within Colorado’s State Park system. From high grassy meadows at 8,100 feet to soaring granite cliffs over 10,000 feet, Staunton State Park’s varied geology, soils, water features, and climate support rare and unexpected plant communities and a rich diversity of wildlife and provide a myriad of outdoor recreation opportunities. The park is located approximately 40 miles southwest of downtown Denver, north of US Highway 285 and about six miles west of Conifer in Pine, CO. Rocky Mountain Road Runners (RMRR) holds a monthly Trophy Series race in the Denver area. Our December race will be in Denver's Washington Park with a 4.5 mile course for all runners.  Please plan to arrive 30-45 minutes before race start to get your bib and complete registration. The Trophy Series races use a handicap system of staggered starts, from slow to fast, spread over ~25 minutes. This gives everyone a chance to win. Members compete against others via the handicap system in an annual series. Santa Catch 5K, 10K and 1 Mile Kids Fun RunSaturday December 12, 2025Windsor Lake, Windsor CO Start your holiday season with the joy of running, with courses around Windsor Lake and the Canal Trail. The Resolute Runner 5K is the KICK OFF PARTY OF THE YEAR! It's time to be RESOLUTE, to retroactively earn your pumpkin pie and chocolate truffles, and to start the new year on the right foot, literally! The course starts at Johnny Roberts Memorial Park in Arvada, CO, and winds through the beautiful Ralston Creek Trail. It really is quite a scenic race! As you run, all of your fans will be able to see you from the start line, then walk less than 1/3 of a mile to see you at two different points before cheering on your finish. This is a very spectator friendly venue and a great way to kick off the New Year! Join us for the 14th annual Polar Prowl at the Stenger Sports Complex in Arvada, CO! As the first Denver-area half marathon of the year, this event features 5K, 10K, and half marathon courses that meander along the Van Bibber Creek Trail, offering breathtaking views of Arvada's open spaces and Table Mountain. Because the courses are relatively flat, it is the perfect opportunity to chase a personal record or secure a qualifying time for the BOLDERBoulder. We are proud to support Penguins International with this event, and we invite you to join our penguin costume contest. The Human Potential Running Series Presents:The Stories Trail Runs @ Cheyenne Mountain State Park The Stories Trail Runs is a unique winter trail running adventure taking place in Colorado Springs, CO, against the breathtaking backdrop of Cheyenne Mountain, and “America’s Mountain,” Pike’s Peak, with sweeping views of the Colorado Front Range below. This event features an amazing community atmosphere, made possible by our main staging area and aid station at the start and finish of each loop.
