Come join us for a fun and relaxed 5k run and 1Mile walk in the heart of South Jersey's farmland.  Our course winds through a rural landscape and is USATF certified (NJ0700WB).  All proceeds benefit Aaron's Fund, Inc, which supports local scholarships and charities in the Vineland area in honor of Aaron Ploch.   -  Awards in 5K to the top 3 M/F Overall and in Age Groups: 10U, 11-14, 15-19, and 10 year AG up to 70+ -  Walkers welcome, must be registered and stand behind 5K runners. This is our second Running on Kindness 5K for Autism Awareness.   Although the event is hosted at Pilla Middle School, all district schools and our community have come together to create this special event to spread awareness and promote acceptance.   All proceeds will be returned to our community and benefit Pilla Project Unity (a club dedicated to creating social interactions among students of all abilities while giving back to the community), Educators 4 Autism (a local nonprofit organization), and Project Lifesaver (providing local children with GPS tracking devices).   The entire race take place on the grounds of Pilla Middle School.  The terrain is mostly paved surfaces but also includes grassy and dirt areas in the field behind the school.  The course is jogging stroller friendly as long as it can handle the terrain mentioned above.   Register for the 5K by 3/29 and run away with a race tee and finisher medal!   Register for the 1-mile by 3/29 and receive a race tee!   Awards wi

The Vineland Youth Running Club (VYRC) is for children in the Greater Vineland Area ages 7-14 interested in recreational and competitive running. No experience is necessary, but like any sport, your child must be willing to listen, learn, and commit to putting in the work required to develop the proper skills. The mile is our chosen benchmark for progress and we believe that if a kid can get to the point of being able to run 1 mile consistently and comfortably, they can progress relatively quickly from there in both speed and endurance if they choose to. Starting with the very first day of club and every day after that, your child will run/walk at least a mile (excluding meets).Practices will be on Monday and Wednesday nights 5:30-6:30 pm, along with 5 meets in place of practice on Wednesday nights. Since 2019 the RTA5K has delivered a great race experience for runners of all levels on an epic course through the states largest city. This is a can't-miss summer race for Cumberland County.

The Vineland Grand Prix is South Jerseys only free race series. This series is family friendly, beginner friendly, and welcomes all paces. This series is a long-standing summer tradition in the city of Vineland. Weekly 5K races every Wednesday Night from July 10th to August 7th at Vineland's hidden Cross Country gem - Campanella Park. Sponsored by the City of Vineland Recreation Department and produced by Second Capital Running, these are chip-timed races with individual results each week as well as overall results for the full series.  - Registration is 100% free and includes all 5 nights of the series. No need to sign up again. - Walkup Registration will be available every night from 6:00 to 6:50. Races start at 7:00 pm sharp. - Runners must compete in all 5 races to qualify for awards

Summer racing in Vineland comes to close with a classic road race through the quaint suburbs of the states largest city.
