Gather your friends and meet me at the Beaver Island Brewery for a fun and rejuvenating Yoga session followed by a pint of beer! This class will focus on teaching basic yoga postures to assist in improving muscle imbalances, while lengthening and strengthening. All welcome, regardless of fitness level or yoga experience. The Tiger Prowl 1 Mile & 5k is a fundraiser supporting the Tech Cross Country team. Event proceeds will be donated to the Tech Cross Country Booster Club! Run with Tech cross country athletes! The Tiger Prowl 1 Mile & 5k is an event with two races, both finishing in the Tech Football Stadium.
