Come out and watch the draft legal athletes tackle the beautiful Pleasant Prairie course and then participate in our unique afternoon Youth event.  This event will feature an event for athletes ages 6-10 years old and an event for athletes 11-14 years old.  This event will be a great experience for beginners as well as experienced youth. Packet Pick UpPackets can be picked up on Saturday from 9:30am – Noon and on race day at the site from 10:30am – noon.   USAT RegistrationYour child will need to have a USA Triathlon youth membership to participate.  The annual cost of a youth membership is $10.  These can be purchased during the registration process if you do not have one already. Be a part of the USAT Junior National Series! Teenage athletes who aspire to national and international-level competition must develop the speed and skill for success in the draft-legal format. USA Triathlon coordinates a series of draft-legal racing opportunities for this purpose. While not every teenage athlete aspires to race as an elite, developing the skills associated with draft-legal triathlon at an early age — a strong swim, superior bike handling, quick transitions, and the ability to run fast off the bike — will serve all athletes well as they progress as collegiate and age group competitors.
