Race the Trails is Warrick Trails and Warrick Parks Foundation 10th annual race! 5K, Kid's 1-Mile and Kid's Dash. We want to keep building trails and improving the parks so come out to support the parks and trails you use and love. It will be the best race of the year so register and come out to enjoy the morning and get some exercise on the trails!

Safe Harbors of the Hudson 5K

Run, walk, or stroll through the City of Newburgh in Safe Harbors’ annual 5K! With a course that features the incredible architecture of Newburgh’s historic district and stunning Hudson River views, this community-centered race is fun for runners and non-runners of all ages. The Safe Harbors 5K is part of Spring Into Newburgh, a city-wide celebration of the season featuring the Art on the Block outdoor art market, Newburgh Farmers’ Market, and Wellness Shines on the Green, a festival highlighting local wellness vendors and free fitness classes throughout the day. All proceeds will be donated to the National Brain Tumor Society to help find a cure and conquer brain cancer once and for all. Learn more about their mission at braintumor.org. This event honors the memory of Kris Stunkel, who passed away from a brain tumor in 2023, and all those whose lives have been impacted by this devastating disease. Indiana State Games 5K Run/walk

Join Indiana State Games for a 5K run/walk fundraiser race for all ages. This is also an event for those age 50 and over to qualify to participate in the National Senior Games in 2027. We will run a 5K road run at Friedman Park in Newburgh, IN. The distance 5K is 3.12 miles.  Course Map below. AwardsOverall male and female Top 3 male and female Age Groups:1-12, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90+Those 50 and over can compete to advance to the National Senior Games in 2027! Miles For Mutts 5K

Join us on October 18th at 8am for this year's annual Miles for Mutts benefitting the Warrick Humane Society!  Miles for Mutts will begin and end at our shelter, with a 3.1 mile run/walk on the beautiful Warrick Trails. Early registration fee through September 1st is just $25 and guarantees you a soft ring-spun t-shirt in your size! Registration from September 1st - September 30th is $30. From October 1st  the morning of the event is $35! Add a Miles For Mutts pet bandana for just $10! Awards for the Top 5 Males and Top 5 Females... plus an award for the 1st place dog! The Warrick Humane Society appreciates your donations as well. Add a donation of $30 and you'll receive a long-sleeved Miles For Mutts t-shirt (colors may vary, sizes may be limited). Kiwanis Club of Newburgh Scholarship Run

Run/walk 4 mile loop around the beautiful Chadwick Lake in Newburgh, NY. The terrain is a wide gravel trail relatively flat and easy with a few small hills. The fall season is a perfect time to enjoy the foliage of this scenic park while participating in this unique event. Recognition and awards for the top male and female runners overall and within age categories. T-shirts and swag bags included for the first 100 registrations. There will be raffle tickets available to purchase for donated baskets from local businesses. Food and refreshments will be provided. Please join the Kiwanis Club of Newburgh for an amazing experience while supporting our goals and raising awareness of our mission. The funds we raise during this event will be used towards scholarships for educational and other enrichment programs for children of the community. No donation or support is too small…
