The Champion of Trees 10K is back! Kick off your spring with a refreshing run through the Morton Arboretum! Runners will enjoy the sights, sounds, and scents of a vibrant spring morning as they tackle our USATF-certified 10K course along the rolling East Side trails. After crossing the finish line, celebrate your achievement at the post-race party in Arbor Court, complete with live music and good vibes all around. Superheroes Unite! Join us on April 18 at 8:30A with your friends and family and show off your superpower at the Superhero Fun Run 3K, taking place at the Sensory Garden Playground!All participants are invited to wear their favorite superhero attire for this 3K Fun Run – so break out your Wonder Woman costume, Captain America t-shirt, or Iron Man mask! Along the way, you will see some of your favorite superheroes cheer you on! After the run, stick around at the playground for music, character meet and greets, and more fun! All participants will receive giveaway items and post-race refreshments.   Superhero Fun Run is an untimed run/walk that is open to all ages and abilities. Kicking off at 8:00 p.m. on Friday, June 19, the Firefly 3K offers a fun fitness challenge and a chance to enjoy stunning sunset views at The Morton Arboretum. The Firefly 3K course will follow the main paved road on the Arboretum's East Side, moving through the Arboretum’s tree and plant collections, and down Frost Hill. The course is relatively flat and well-suited for runners, walkers, and wheelchair users of all experience levels. Virtual Participation Participants can run the Firefly 3K at the Arboretum or participate virtually by completing the course distance at another location and logging the results online. Run or walk to help us provide recreation scholarships to low-income families who do not have the means to participate in recreation activities. All proceeds benefit the Lisle Partners for Parks Foundation Scholarship Fund & Lisle Teens with Character Program.  Please take the time to read through the following race information. General Race Guidelines: • Costumes are encouraged! You don't have to dress up in a costume to conquer the Scarecrow Scramble, but it definitely makes it more fun! • No pets allowed on course. • Strollers are only permitted if you are walking in the 5K. You will be placed at the end of the line. • To minimize the risk of injury, parents are responsible for watching their kids throughout event. • Race officials maintain the right to cancel the event for safety due to severe weather conditions. Registration Guidelines: • ALL REGISTRATION FEES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. • Every participant must sign a waiver at registration. • Register by 11:59pm on 9/1

Spend a magical fall morning running or walking through a scenic course with trees just at the cusp of their full autumnal color change. You’ll experience a unique course with rolling terrain along the Arboretum’s East Side, perfect for participants of all levels to help kick off the Fall Color Festival. A virtual 5K option is also available. Once you’ve conquered the course, stay for a postrace party with live music, food, and a complimentary beer! Your ticket purchase helps support the Arboretum’s mission to plant and protect trees for a greener, healthier, and more beautiful world. Line up with everyone at 8:00 a.m. for a shotgun start. Cross by 8:15am if you'd like to go your own pace. Note: Medals will only be awarded to those who compete in the 8:00 a.m. shot gun start. Arboretum Members save $10 per registration. The discount will be applied during the registration process after entering your Member number.

Join us for the annual Lisle Turkey Trot Tune Up 5K! Medals will be presented to the top three male and female finishers in each age bracket.
