We’re thrilled to celebrate the 51st Annual Over and Under Tunnel Run on Saturday, March 21, 2026—and we couldn’t do it without you! Your dedication, enthusiasm, and generosity have made this race the longest-running 5K in our community, and together we’re just getting started. Join us as we run, cheer, and give back—because this race is about more than crossing the finish line. It’s about supporting The Foundation for Terrebonne General and their mission to strengthen community healthcare and wellness right here at home. 💙 The best part?100% of the proceeds stay in OUR community. Race Date & Time: May 2, 2026 – 7:30 PM (Kessel Run 5K & Ewok Trot) May the 4th – Louisiana is a nonprofit festival merging Star Wars fandom with Cajun flair—all while benefiting local high school band programs, particularly H.L. Bourgeois High School Band. Now celebrating its 6th year, the event has evolved into an energetic day of fun and community support. Kessel Run 5K & Ewok TrotLight up the galaxy with our 2nd annual Kessel Run and Ewok Trot. This year the Kessel Run takes on the night in a glow infused race to save the galaxy. Race is open to participants of all ages and skill levels—costumes encouraged!  Every registration helps provide grants and resources for Terrebonne Parish band students. Registration after April 21st does not guarantee a Race T-shirt. Early bird registration begins December 1st until Feb 2nd for $30 dollars. Registration after Feb 2nd is $35, so do not miss that early bird pricing!  After the race, enjoy highlights like the Roux Wars cook-off,

Day of race will kick off with the Battle of the High School Bands starting in the courthouse square at 4:00pm. Food Fest gates will open at 6pm at the start of the race. We will party the night away with Dag of Donuts. Your race registration includes race shirt and entry into the food fest. All you can eat and drink for one price.  All the money we raise goes to support education and educators in Terrebonne Parish. Come for the Run, Stay for the Fun...See you all May 9! Hero Fest is a community event for Terrebonne Parish and surrounding areas to show support and raise money for area First Responders. This even will also include other non-profit organizations and vendors raising awareness and support for their cause. The registration portion has ended where a race shirt/goodie bag is included. going forward registration is for race only.
