Race is being held at the beautiful Lake Catherine State Park. You have the choice of two races, both are challenging, so you have to make up your mind if you want to run a 10K or a 5K. 10K race is being ran on the Dam Mountain Trail and consists of making two laps around the trail and then out to the finish line.  5K race is being ran on the Horseshoe Mountain Trail. You will follow the trail markers around and back to starting line.

This is a FREE 6 week program for EVERYONE - all ages and abilities to get out with a group and walk, jog, or run. Volunteers with the Spa Pacers running club will be part of the clinic to run with you, encourage you, answer questions and just have a good time. Clinics will meet twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:45 PM at the Transportation Depot, 100 Broadway, corner of Market St and Broadway. The first clinic session will be Tuesday, March 31st at 5:45 PM. Last clinic session will be Thursday, May 7th. After clinic we ask you to join us for the rest of the year and maybe become a Spa Pacer member, we are one big family. We have group road and trail runs almost every day of the week. Please only sign up for one group.  You can change to a different group anytime during the clinic. One awesome trail run in the front at the beautiful Cedar Glades Park with a super dope party in the back sponsored by Fleet Feet of Little Rock and Harrison Construction of Hot Springs! Back for 2026, the 25k and 10k Dog Divisions! That's right, register your trail dog to run in your event with you. Registration is limited to 10 each race, so don't paws (lol) on registering Rover. We don't want to hound you, but you'll have to beg us to make an exception and you'll be in the dog house with Rover...okok, you get the drift.

The Spa Running Festival presented by Window Mart - Half Marathon, 10K, 5K & Squirt Race Come Run With Us, November 14th, through beautiful Hot Springs National Park!   The Spa Running Festival is an event for everyone .... kids, beginners to elite runners and those that like a challenge!  The Squirt Race is for kids 2 - 10 years of age. The 5K is a fast and flat course!  The 10K, now celebrating its 45th year, and runners enjoy the beauty of running West Mountain. This will be the 11th running of the Summit2Summit Half Marathon.
