NARMC Miles for Hope 5KA Run/Walk for Healing and Hope Join us for the Miles for Hope 5K, a race benefiting local cancer care at North Arkansas Regional Medical Center! Hosted by the North Arkansas Medical Foundation, this event will bring the community together to support patients and families impacted by cancer. Play a role in honoring survivors, remembering loved ones, and standing alongside those currently fighting. This event welcomes runners, walkers, families, and participants of all ages and abilities! Welcome to the 15th Annual Freedom 5K Run/Walk in Memory of Spc. Robert Friese and all others who gave the ultimate sacrifice. Since the beginning of this event, it has been an officially timed 3.1 mile run /walk held in memory of Spc. Robert Friese; and all those who have given the ultimate sacrifice. This race has been held the last Saturday of every April, as this coincides with the anniversary date of Spc. Friese. Proceeds will go to the Veterans Freedom Park

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION PRIZE GIVEAWAY - SEE BELOW   Join us for Great Parks' third annual Pollinator Festival and 5K on Saturday, May 9 at Miami Whitewater Forest's harbor! The festival celebrates all of nature's pollinators and the Spring season. As part of the festival, the Pollinator 5k is a timed, family-friendly run that allows you to support Great Parks' conservation efforts in the community. Registration includes a custom race medal, race t-shirt, vendor coupons/discounts, and Great Parks swag. Enjoy the scenery at Miami Whitewater Forest while running on our paved course. Over $2,000 in Tri-State Running Company gift cards will be awarded to the overall top 3 male/female finishers and the top 3 male/female finishers in each age group. Please join us for this year’s Flutterby Cincinnati fundraiser on Saturday, June 20th at Miami Whitewater Forest & Harbor, presented by TGE Solutions! Sunday June 28th 7am packet pick-up. $20 Pre-registration $25 Race Day Registration Meet at Harrison Post Office, 5 Front St, Harrison, ME between 7am and 8am. The race will begin at 8am promptly at the Tie Up General Store in Harrison. The first 50 Registrants receive a t-shirt.

Seeds of Hope 5K with all proceeds going to Grandma's House and the child abuse victims served.  This event is an event for both runners AND walkers - the fee is $35 per person.
