Healthy Kids Running Series Spring 2026 - Fort Mill, SC

Who We Are: Healthy Kids Running Series is a five (5) week running program in the spring and fall for kids Pre-K through 8th grade. Each HKRS Series takes place once a week and offers age-appropriate running events including the 50 & 75 yard dashes, the 1/4 mile, the 1/2 mile and the 1 mile run. Kids will earn points for each race they complete based on their finish. Pricing: The registration fee covers the entire five (5) weeks of the Series which includes race bibs for each week, a runner shirt, a finisher medal and any sponsor giveaways. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable. Online Early Bird registration increases three weeks prior to the first race event.  Challenger: This Series offers a Challenger Division which is an adaptive 75 yard race for children with disabilities and/or special needs. This allows for parents, siblings, and friends to be on the course with runners to provide support as well as bringing their own supportive devices such as crutches, brace

Sundown Trail Races

Sundown Trail Races consist of a SIX-race series on the trails at ASC Greenway in Fort Mill, SC hosted by the Rock Hill Striders.  The Southern summers are long and hot and we all welcome when the sun hits the horizon for a break in the heat.  Chase the sun towards the horizon in one or all of these races.  Races will be held on Wednesdays in May, June, July, and August, at 6:30 pm near the Canteen at ASC Greenway (Lake Haigler Entrance).   Register for all SIX races and receive some awesome swag to commemorate the series.  This will be a low-capacity event so register early. With the addition of two events, we are adding to the prizes that will be awarded.  Half of the events will have a raffle, where all participants are entered to win. The other half will have awards for finishing in certain places.  For the series champions, a points system will be used with awards going to the top male, female, and overall champion at the end of the series.  Your FOUR best finishes will be used fo

Springfield Charity 5K

Achieve Balance PLLC sponsors a family-friendly event welcoming runners and walkers of all ages for a morning of health and camaraderie featuring a timed 5k run/walk/stroll in Fort Mill's Springfield neighborhood. Streets will not be closed but the route is entirely within the Springfield neighborhood and will be heavily marked with bright colored cones, signs, and volunteers stationed throughout. Purpose: To raise vital funds and awareness for the vulnerable populations served by Big Hearts Big Family (Charlotte/ Pineville) and Children's Attention Home (York county) All event proceeds will go to the named charities and Achieve Balance Therapy will match up to $5,000 of race day donations. The 5K Cannoli Run is part of the St. Philip Neri Italian Festival. Participating in a 5K that supports Semper Fi & America's Fund connects the simple act of running with a deeper mission of service, remembrance, and community.Memorial Day is a time to reflect on the men and women who gave their lives in service to the United States. By running a race that benefits Semper Fi & America’s Fund, every step becomes a tribute to those sacrifices.  The race itself will take you through all of Catawba Park and about a mile of Baxter Trail. Waterside at the Catawba Turkey Trot

The second annual Waterside at the Catawba Turkey Trot. Run, walk or come out and cheer on your neighbors as we celebrate the feast of Thanksgiving.
