Easter is coming up! Reyes Running Series is proudly presenting the 1st Annual Easter Fun Run 5K & 2MILE SPEED WALK! Great family, friendly, fun event for the whole family! Event will take place at Clovis California Health Sciences where all runners will have the opportunity to participate in the EGG HUNTING activity, where 10 EGGS will have a FREE ENTRY for any of our future Reyes Running Series events! The Ruth McKenzie Table Mountain Preserve (2960 acres) is located between Friant and Prather, on the north side of Auberry Road. The main gate is 3.3 miles uphill from the intersection of Auberry Road and Millerton Road. The McKenzie Preserve was acquired in trust from The Nature Conservancy in 1998. The property had previously been placed in a trust by its owner, Ruth Bea McKenzie, who wanted it to remain in ranching and open space after her death.The McKenzie Preserve is primarily grassland and oak woodland that slopes upward toward the basalt lava table lands that give the preserve its name. The preserve includes a significant portion of one of the flat-topped tables that are visible from the road. In spring, rain water collects in the table’s low spots, forming vernal pools. Since the basalt is impermeable, these pools hold water for several weeks or months until it eventually evaporates. The pools provide habitat for rare plants and crustaceans that “come to life” in the presenc

Small town vibes meet big time fun! Bring the whole family to walk or run a 5K or 2K distance down Pollasky Street, showcasing our local small business. Then head over to the After Party for fun and camaraderie with a beer garden, music, food trucks, vendors and more! Join us for our annual 5k / 2 mile race to support the pets at Miss Winkles Pet Adoption Center! Choose our competitive chip-timed 5k race for our racers who want a little bit of friendly competition, choose our non-competitive 2 mile walk great for your pets, kids, and friends, or register for our Virtual 5k where you can do your race anywhere and still get the benefits of our shirt and finisher medal!  All festivities will take place on the Clovis Trail starting at the 120 N. Clovis parking lot and the race will primarily be on paved asphalt. Dogs are permitted provided they are on a leash or strapped into a stroller or backpack.

Tree Fresno presents The Arbor Day Run/Walk in honor of their 40th Anniversary. Starting at the beautiful Clovis Botanical Gardens, runners and walker alike will head out on the Dry Creek Trail in support of transforming the San Joaquin Valley with trees, greenways and beautiful landscapes. After the run or walk, visit the gardens or participate in a live tree planting right there on the run course! Help us celebrate over 55,000 trees planted, and growing.

The Spirit Run 5k is a unique cultural experience that brings together local tribes, urban American Indian/Alaska Native participants to experience the beat of Mother Earth - as one community. The 9/11 Run to Remember 5k and 1m walk will be held on Saturday September 5th. The 9/11 Run to Remember was established to honor and remember the 2,977 people lost in the horrific 9/11 terrorist attack. The run starts and finishes at the California 9/11 Memorial in Clovis, CA, a permanent monument which is the largest of its kind outside of New York City.
