Carthage Water & Electric Plant (CWEP) is hosting our annual Tower 2 Tower Run featuring a 5k & 1-mile fun run/walk, on Saturday, May 9th. This event helps celebrates Drinking Water Week (May 3rd-9th). This is an important week set aside each year to help bring awareness to the Carthage community of the benefits of tap water, that a safe, reliable water supply is critical to the success of any community. All funds will be donated to CWEP's Customer Assistance Program.

We welcome you to join us for The Haunted Hustle 5k walk/run benefiting the Smith County High School Cheerleading Team! This spooky themed race will take place at Crump Paris Park in Carthage, TN. We invite you to dress in your best costume or favorite spooky gear and kick off the season with us! Registration, Saturday, October 3rd: 5:30 PM - 5:50 PM Run Starts: 6:00 PM This is an untimed fun run, there will be no chip timing for runners. There will be a rolling clock at the finish line for you to check your time as you cross. In the event of a weather cancellation, your race entry fee will be considered a donation. There will be no refunds for this run/walk.
